So I had a craving, only time I go, and the usual expectations happen: long wait, exact change/card, and 1/3 of the menu unavailable... wanted spicy, mild was only available, sides were covered with drink lids flipped upside down and tasted like they were sitting in the warmers all day... lukewarm biscuits... at least the chicken was hot.. enough...
Would like to take this time out & highlight an employee named Jamal. My friend & I went in today for a quick lunch & Jamal was there all by myself & despite that, he still maintained wonderful customer service and was just as patient with the customers as we were with him. My friend and I really appreciated that. He was very timely with the orders & food preparation, incorporating pickup arrivals & the existing line without a pinch of weariness in his face, tone nor body language. He even had us engaging in humor while in line to keep the energy fun while we all waited. He kept us up to speed with what was readily available vs what required a bit of extra time to get prepared or refilled, essentially all just quality, top notch service.Thank You Very Much Jamal! The “Jamaican Girls” really appreciated your service today ! ☺️☺️
Couldn't actually get food. The employee taking the drive through order was multitasking between talking to us and her cell phone call she was on. Combined with the fact that she sounded confused by everything we said and constantly told us there was a 20 minute wait for chicken after waiting 20 minutes in line made for a very frustrating experience.
I wish I could give negative stars. I don’t care how much you love Popeyes, just go somewhere else. It’s a 20 minute wait, cash only, and it takes the person taking orders 15 minutes to take your order because she’s standing outside of the drive thru window on her phone. I don’t know what’s going on but good luck to everyone who decided to wait.
I waited over 35 minutes then after ordering another 7 minutes until they cooked it. Sandwich was good the wait was terribe.
Once the lobby closes, you don't know what you're getting. My chicken tasted overcooked and seemed like it had been sitting all night.
After waiting in to go line 30min..we get up to speaker only to find out another 15min if wanted chicken wings or tenders. N only had rice or macaroni for sides
It's safe to say that I have never received an order that I placed online from Popeyes at this or any location. My order was not even in the system. The phone number is disconnected. Even when we try to order it through the drive-thru the chicken never seems to be ready it's either a 30 minute wait or not having the items at all. However, their customer service at the call center is excellent. I have received so many refunds for failed orders online that the customer service agent takes pity on me. Maybe one day they will actually try to be a decent fast food restaurant.
They are. Terrible I was told.after spending almost an hour in line in the drive thru I have to pray with cash only other wise I have to come inside wow was they serious inside had lots of people's in there so it would of been another hour I think. When you burn that much gas at least give something extra or have person to. At least let customers know before hand about the situation real talk terrible. Customer service
Popeye's is always good, but as of late they've been out of fries, biscuits,etc. Is it supply chain issues? We need answers Popeye's.
