There is ALWAYS a long extended wait. There is ALWAYS an issue with the chicken supply. No Fresh food. Today the chicken was cooked in burnt/old grease. And my daughter and I were willing to wait the final 12 minutes for fresh food. However, the food was not fresh, no biscuits burnt looking chicken. I'm not sure what's going on but this tour of service is happening at various locations. Quality customer service has really reached an all time low.Really wanted our money back but we had to pick up children from school.
They literally just robbed me…not even joking. They doubled my order but only gave me one 8 pc box ( WITH 7 pieces in it), 3 mashed potatoes, and 4 biscuits. The line was long so I understand minor mishaps but it genuinely seems like they didn’t even care. How do you pack my order and still charge me for more than what’s in the bag!!! I think the employees hate their job and want the place to be shut down..I truly believe they’re sabotaging the establishment. THERES NO WAY THEY CAN BE THIS BAD AT THEIR JOB, UNINTENTIONALLY!
This location is probably the best out of the 3 in the area. The drive through line moves a little faster and they dont seem to randomly only take cash or only take cards like the others. They do run out of things a lot though, like almost every time I go they say "welcome to popeyes we are out of ___ and ___ and we only have ___ chicken." Last time I was here they were out of chicken! Clearly the Management at popeyes and I mean all popeyes have no clue how to order their products or the corporate big wigs are absolutely brain dead.
Wait time was over 30 minutes for drive thru, and only 2 menu items were available. Additionally, once I received my food, presentation and portion size forced me to seek alternatives...
Went there last night and I ordered an eight piece mild and a chicken sandwich they gave me some spicy chicken and when I got home it was terrible and my chicken looked dry and old my chicken sandwich didn't taste good at all. I threw all away. I will not go back at all. They need to close down.
There is ALWAYS an issue with this store, mainly running out of chocken by 5pm-7pm...I work for Doordash; I came thru the drive-thru on 01/30/2022 at 7:00pm and was told that it would be a 20 minute for the store to finish the order for the customernI was picking up for (8pc Mixed Chicken). After waiting the 20 minutes (I used my phone's timer in the Clock app), I was then told that the order needs to be cancelled because the store is out of chicken...
Horrible service and they are always out of more than one food item. The chicken has been over cooked on more than one occasion.
You must check pcs of chicken. They cheat. I ordered 16pcs but as I got home and open I can see only 9pcs. Sure they charge 16pcs. They should colse.
Rude service, they mess up your orders, don't give exact change ( like will constantly miss it by dollars then give an attitude), and will have to spend hours in line just for them to not have the food you want, not answer the speaker (even during open hours and will just ignore you), or not have anything and is always out of stock. Terrible. Everyone needs to get fired and they should just shut that place down.
The absolute WORST popeyes I have ever been to. They’re always out of everything and to top it off every order is missing things. Today it was my fries and biscuit. Seriously how hard is it to read a screen and put the order together correctly.
