Don't make the same mistake I did. I did an order through the app and it said that I could pick it up in the lobby and would be ready when I got there. I got there and the lobby was locked. There were at least a dozen cars at the drive thru. I waited about 45 minutes but then gave up and left. I'm sure that the good is great if you can wait that long. Make sure that you have a full tank of gas.

Terrible just terrible. Don’t even waste your time here. Ordered online for pick up. Arrived doors were locked. Called no answer. Drive through had at least 15 cars and no signs of moving. Never received my order. Called corporate and was refunded.

DO NOT EAT HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️ I have ordered from this location on several occasions and this has been by far the most WORST EXPERIENCE EVER‼️ First off I am PREGNANT and I have to have my food cooked throughly. My chicken was still red in the middle, my fries were old and soggy. My husband ordered shrimp and he couldn’t even bite into them because they’re hard and old. The only thing we enjoyed is the frozen drinks. Mash potatoes wasn’t fresh either. We waited in a LONG line for nearly 45 MINUTES just to get old food. We have called the store SEVERAL times and still haven’t got a answer. This is unacceptable and I want my money back. We went back to return the food and the line was out to the street around 4:30pm. This is VERY SAD and if I end up sick I WILL BE SUING. I am pregnant as I said before and I didn’t see the chicken was red until I bit into it. AGAIN DO NOT EAT HERE ‼️‼️‼️

I tried calling the location 3 times to verify that the dining room was open because on Google maps it had a check mark next to the dine in tab. The phone rang at least 20 times each time then finally went to some type of voicemail but the voicemail was full. This was at about 11:30am. So I decided to drive the 7 miles to this location. The outdoor signage said the dining room was open, as I approached the front door, a sign on the door stated the dining room was open and I saw a couple of people sitting inside the restaurant so I would have assumed the dining room was open, but it was not. The people sitting inside were employees eating inside the dining room, I tried both doors and both were locked and there were at the very least 15 cars in the drive through which was barely moving. So obviously they can only take one order at a time. What is the point of saying on the outside sign and on both doors that the dining room is open when it is only open to employees eating in the dining room in front of everyone? I did not have the 45 minutes for lunch for how long it was going to take to get through the drive through. I will never go to this location again.

I would give No stars if I could. This is the worst Popeyes Chicken Location on Milwaukee. The sign on their doors say that the lobby is open and so does their big sign. Yet their doors are locked. They are too lazy to pick up a telephone when I called twice Popeyes Corporate needs to close this location down- Rabbi Joseph Alexander Suchorski ✡️

This location is very busy no matter what time it is. I came around 12pm and waited about 30 mins for my food. BUT the food is so good. The chicken was juicy and crispy. The customer service is very friendly. Yes there is a long line but it is definitely worth it!!

THIS IS THE ONLY POPEYES I'LL EVER GO TO. The absolute best customer service literally. The ladies that I've had take my order go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. They also double check your order before giving it to you. I appreciate that. My only "complaint" is that most of the time the line is pretty long but the wait isn't bad because they are fast and efficient. Also just further proves that this is a great popeyes.

I went to 3 Popeyes in Milwaukee Wisconsin and they informed me there was no chicken how is that and it’s a chicken restaurant and told me they were closed because there was no chicken

All around worst franchise around... yo have a drive through wrapped out to tge street... 20 plus people in the lobby yet you choose to take 1 order... make it to completion (with no sense of urgency) then move on to the next order... its a terrible way to run a business... a person can lose there entire lunch hour just to get a $5.00 box there... n corporate seems to be fine with this... SMH

Waited in line for over an hour to get food which was at best, meh. I will never go back to Popeyes during the pandemic. They only had 2 workers that day. Horrible.
