No stars if I could! I absolutely can not stand Popeye's. Not because the food is nasty but because customer service is horrible and they never have everything you order. I was door dashing I waited 10 min before even making it to the speaker. But then I was told to pull around and got to window 2, to only be told to pull up past the door. But one order had to be canceled because they didn't have shrimp. Something like this happens every time I go there. At this point they need to close down and start over
This location is a waste of any owner time and money if they are not going to hire a manager that actually wants to work and do what it takes to have a successful business in the heart of the ghetto the whole crew was sitting on the property in vehicles smoking marijuana and as the customers were walking up the three young ladies in one vehicle starting laughing because the one who were doing drive thru were directing customers to come into the lobby drive thru was closed they had 10 pick up orders that was clearly disregarded because the workers were all outside....Slight improvement but they still can use an employee sanitation evaluation and food safety course update....
They had more than just fries,unlike a few others in the Milwaukee area. We eat here weekly so it's important that we get good sides with a family meal.
This is there worst location in the city, horrible customer service, they give you whatever they want to give you when they're out instead of asking, and they always out of stuff. I wish we could give 0 stars!!!
Service us ALWAYS slow when i go. On the slim chance that the line isn't long, it's only because they ran out of chicken or they only accepting cash or only accepting cards...the reasons and problems vary from day to day
I've been to every Popeyes in Milwaukee but this one is by far the worst of them all, the girl that was at the register had the worst attitude ever and took everything that everyone said to as a joke, they had at least 7 people back there and everyone's order took at least 30 minutes or better, they didn't have any mild chicken and when asked how soon will you have some the girl at the front kept saying, I don't know, and everyone back there laughed as if this were a comedy show, finally someone took control and started to give some type of customer service after all the show was far from over at this location, whom ever is the owner of this place needs to retrain every single person or look for someone who knows what customer service looks like.
Worst service I ever had no one had window or working in store at 3:30 pm. In line for 30 minutes no food ready 45 minute wait
Best meal so far from this location. The chicken wing meal I had was very tasty as if it was made in my own kitchen.
Young lady working the drive-thru has no customer service at all . She had a attitude and had a slick remark when I asked her a question. Not worth spending my money .
