Ordered on app to eat inside and order was not ready when promised and they had limited chicken parts I got 3 breast 1wing 1leg and 4 thighs combined over 2 meals. There was no red beans and rice, 2 types of soda orange and Dr. Pepper, Fries were cold really cold on a hot station is this a health code issue? Biscuits were very dense and cakey also very cold once again is this a food cold violation there were no heat lamps on like usual. This is normally the best tasting Popeyes but today the worst Chicken had no flavor like the person cooking it didn't want to and hates life. Disappointed!!!!
I wish there was a petition to close down this restaurant! Waited over an hour in a 4 car line, I was not able to wait 2 hours since the line was moving every 25 minutes, yes, I was taking time. Something shady did happen as I was pulling out of the drive through. In the line of 4 cars before the window there was a ford, a newer Mercedes Benz and then a mini van right in front of me, the ford and the Mercedes made it past the window. The mini van was at the window and after it was in the window for 30 minutes, I decided to leave and to my surprise the Mercedes that was supposed to be in front of the minivan was not there anymore, there was a Chevy cruise at the pick up window. Like where did it come from!? I did see and employee chatting and laughing with the person in that car. Please let me know of a way to close down this terrible place, I lost almost two hours of my life I will not get back and the employees do whatever they want. You have been warned!!! BTW THE 5 STAR RATINGS COULD BE BOTS OR EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES!!!
Whats the point of being a CHICKEN fast food chain, when you have to wait over 15 minutes to be greeted. Only to be told they aren’t serving, CHICKEN sandwiches, have over a 10 minute wait on ANY other chicken, no sides what’s so ever, no drinks?! What’s the point of being open? Shut this place down please. It’s such a waste of space. The people running this restaurant deserve a workplace that doesn’t put them in situations where customers get angry at them for simply trying to do their jobs. Smh. Do better.
Several times I've attempted to patronize this Popeyes and waited in the drive thru line for 25-30 minutes with no movement at all. It would be nice if they could come on the drive thru speaker and let people know they are not taking orders or are closed temporarily instead of walking around the restaurant like they open and ignoring customers.
This place is an absolute joke. Has been for the last 2-3 years. Staff is always extremely lazy. They’re always out of food. Waited in line for 30+ minutes in the drive thru just to get up to the microphone (waited another 5-6 minutes to hear someone talk), let’s me place a decent size order, just to tell me they’re out of food. Are you kidding me? This location is absolute trash. Stay far away.
They seriously need to consider closing this location. The workers pretty much shut place down 3 hrs early , leave you @ drive thru unanswered, all gathered outside in parking lot and lobby. Just got told today @ 6 that its an hour wait on everything. This is complete no ownership doing anything. Have to be worried about safety of the food now, smh!!!!
Even in this line for 45 min and only 2 cars have ordered and left 2 of the workers standing outside smoking when we pull up another one sitting inside eating. The person supposed to be taking the orders comes to the mic after 20 min of waiting and tells me 15 min the 10 min later another person tells me he just walked in the store give him some time never again the worst location ever
The lines in the drive thru are always extremely long no matter the time of day......lines on the inside, when the inside is actually open, aren't all that long, but it takes a long time for orders to come up, BUT, the staff are friendly & give great customer service.
Love Popeyes but this location runs out of food often and only has spicy chicken left. Yeah not good when youre feeding kids. Very disappointed with that especially when I drive out of my way to go here and the kids requested Popeyes
So i waited in line for 20 mins drive thru then asked what was taking so long the lady at the window was rude and started yelling about she the only person there but there was a worker on the outside smoking a cigarette and said that it was plenty employees in the inside she continues to be rude and told me to go order somewhere else since im asking all these questions like i wonder do the owner knows she talks like that and she definitely getting reported dont take the job if you cant handle it
