Just picked up Rib Tips and a Whole Chicken today for the family and it was Delicious!!!! We drive by all the time and the line is so long, we were in the neighborhood early and were excited to check it out and so glad we did. The food was great and the service was super can't wait to go back!!!!
BEST RIB TIPS IN WISCONSIN
Pop's BBQ used to be delicious! I was just there. Was in line for about a hour. I ordered a rib dinner, rib tip dinner and chicken breast sandwich. The ribs were dry and burnt. The rib tips were as large as a rib and were burnt, the chicken sandwich contains chucks of chicken, no way you can pick it up and eat it like a sandwich. Not to mention the chicken was dry. In the past the chicken used to be finely chopped and moist. We had greens and potato salad as sides, both was horrible and come straight from a can.The BBQ sauce was the most perfect thing.
Excellent tasting menu. I haven't found anything on the menu that I did not like. Ribs, Rib tips, sausages, and chicken.
Great food, but expect a very long wait if coming foe lunch. Otherwise, get there early.
Excellent food with huge portions, and friendly service. The only real downside was the 30+ minute wait standing in line.

I saw the long line while riding past & thought to myself, it must be good if people are waiting outside in the rain. Then the delicious smell from the grill had me do a U-turn & hop in line as well...it was so worth it. Hands down, the best BBQ ever! The meat was so tender & seasoned (see pic of 1 of my food items although my greedy self ordered way more lol). It was also nice to see the owner walking down the line thanking everyone. I will be returning for sure.
Loveeee it I was outside today and I wanted to get the card they have so I can place an order and while I was out one of the barbecue men was passing out some rib tips and lord I had to order after trying one so I just wanna say I thank them for this good Ole barbecue and if my 1 year old daughter loved it as well then I know it’s definitely good soul food ?
