I visited here two times...once in Spring and again today. While the food was fine, the employee for my first visit was standing in front of the entrance smoking a cigarette when I walked in, not even attempting to step aside. It was annoying but whatever, I grabbed my food and left. Today when I walked in, an employee was again standing right at the entrance smoking weed, again not even attempting to move to prevent customers from walking through the smoke. Someone needs to teach these employees to try to not smoke whatever it is they're smoking right at the entrance during lunch.
Not worth coming here. They forget to give you things that you order and are unwilling to make it right. Lots of better options close by, don’t recommend coming here.
Stopped in here for lunch, server was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Both me and my wife enjoyed it. Delicious, freshly cooked food.
They were very accommodating and the food was better other deli style fast food restaurants.
What a joke! I placed an online order shortly before 7pm and the place was completely shutdown when I came to pick it up. The sign on the door said they were open until 9pm. Let me guess... Staffing shortage?
Ordered a pita online at 6:30pm, website says they would be open till 7. When I get there at 6:45 they were closed and I was unable to get my food. Terrible customer service!
We had the best service with the two workers tonight. Food was made quick and was quite tasty. They even added made sure to include cutlery ? bc they knew we were staying at a hotel
I ordered online as I have done quite a few times in the past. That was at 11:26am. I figured that I know they take a little while to delivery, usually using doordash, and so I ordered early, expecting I'd get my food in about an hour. It actually said ETA was 12:12pm. Great, right? Not so much. At 12:45 I called to see where my food was. The online tool still said it was waiting for pick up and that ETA was still 12:12pm - this was 1/2 hour later already! I called the shop and they said Oh, it's just finished and on the way now. Are you effin' kidding me?! 1.5 hours to get an order, that was ordered WAY before the lunch rush?! Absolutely ridiculous. And no real apology offered, coupon for future order, offer to refund my order. I don't even want it now. They probably spit in it, because I told them I'd never order from them again, and I didn't want it. NEVER AGAIN.UPDATE: 1:32pm - food finally arrived. Not eating it. They probably spit in it. Refuse to pay for it too! F them!
Friendly and the pita sandwiches are huge..one can feed two?
Not as good as they used to be! The workers do not enjoy their job. One even said she doesn't eat there... I wish they has better service. Makes the food taste better. The ones working do the bare minimum. And i love pita pit.
