We came here for the lamb hotpot for 4. The portion size was insane... It can actually feed 6 people at least. The taste of the hotpot however, was fantastic!
Pho viet is a local shop that my mom and I have been been going to. I have to say that on first impression it might not be a place I would go to. Since I have been coming to this shop I really do like it. The ambiance is pretty peaceful. The service is pretty good. The food quality is good every time I go. I usually get the P1 which I highly like! I suggest this shop to anyone that hasn't been to it!
The food was amazing. i love how i could get Pho with just broth and noodles! also i liked the shrimp rolls as an appetizer. i was not expecting mint in there, which was an unexpected twist! i also loved the sauce it came with to dip it in. the service was alright, but i will definitely come back here to show my friends. also i loved how fast the food came out!
I really like this place. Great pho, and many other authentic dishes. The service is friendly and fast, and it's usually busy. It wasn't for a late lunch I took out (see pics), but it's usually packed. I would recommend.
This place is gouging price on top of that they charged extra 2 bottle waters which I did not order and I asked why; they said because take out they charge extra $2 put it on Bottle water for take out because the size are different for dine in and take out. The soup raised $15.50 add $2 on top for take out? The price of soup is $17.55. Which did not inform on the menu and did not inform me. I demanded to see the receipt but he gave me me a hard time. Finally he gave me a receipt which I posted. I will take this further action. I won’t stop here. Good luck to you all diners.
I used to enjoy coming here but now the prices are outrageous. I travel all over the world and for the type and quality of food, these prices are HIGH! Wouldn’t surprise me if they have 2 menus, if you understand. The tendon was still frozen in the center. And the arrogant owners park their car right out front as if it’s a parking space.
Staff was friendly and portions were huge. The food is not as tasty as that on Asia on Argyle in Chicago, IL. Would definitely patron again if visiting Wisconsin,
Take out pho. The place to go for authentic food. Ordered and waited for take out. And their fresh spring rolls are very good. I finished the remainder of mine for lunch the next day.
What happened? It used to be the cleanest, best tasting pho in the city. For the first time in over 5 years of being a faithful customer the inside was dirty, the pho was 20$ a pop (yes I understand inflation but I don’t understand this) and the service was awful. I do not know what happened.
Food was great and it came out super fast. The floors in the dining area looked like they hadn’t been swept in days and the walls were dirty. The service wasn’t great, after we got our food, no one checked on us. Next time someone came over was to drop off the check.
