It'll vary if the food is well prepared from the pho to the rice and noodle dishes. The interior really needs a detailed clean, especially if seated by the windows, rather dusty. Now I just do take-out. Over the years, this restaurant has really changed. Would be lower rating, but the staff are friendly.
I just ordered Via Grub Hub. The following items: Pho Flank Steak and Spicy Lemongrass Chicken. They gave us the Pho but FAILED to provide the Lemongrass Chicken. I tried calling to fix it and they blocked my number. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND garbage RESTAURANT. Go elsewhere! Does my picture look like lemongrass?! I tried to call and they blocked my number.

Best Pho broth in the area. Deep and complex. Plenty of meat options and noodles. You will be full after a bowl for sure. Really good food here. Simple, authentic feeling environment. Easy parking and quick out of the kitchen. I keep coming back.

I really liked the food here it really tasted good the way they treated customers were really nice they even gave us free boba Thai tea and it was pretty good I give this rate a 5 because the food here is good and the drinks were really good and the way they treated me and my family was really really nice thanks for the great customer service and the meal ?
PhoCali is always amazing! I go during lunch time a few times per month and the staff are very friendly and the food tastes wonderful. If you haven't had pho before come try some you will not leave hungry or unsatisfied ❤️
Great food, if not classic authentic Vietnamese. Service was very friendly, and cozy decoration. Food arrived on time. I have no negative things to say about this place, other than recommending everyone to try it at least once!
Wow what a treat. We heard the bahn mi was good, and they are huge. Not sure if always included, but a great idea, a small side of pho broth came with to use as a 'french dip'. Really laid back and friendly staff. Will certainly visit again soon.
The food here is always great. Service can be a hit or miss depending on who is serving you- but I believe it could also be due to a language barrier. All staff are usually very sweet and kind to us and serve us in a timely manner. They have REAL authentic Asian food here so don’t be surprised if you see liver or chicken feet in your entree. That’s. How. It. Works.BTW, don’t ever leave a tip on the merchant receipt- the workers told us they don’t get any of that money. It goes straight to the owner. ALWAYS TIP IN CASH!
