The associate made my experience very well. I went in for a cup of coffee and the associate kept me updated for fresh coffee. She greeted everyone with a friendly manner. Overall the Panera was clean and organized from the customer perspective. Parking can be tricky as it is in the city. There is parking lot next to the building which is nice. Oftentimes it can be full.
I’m a long time lover of Panera, but this location does nothing but disappoint every time. In the past few times I’ve ordered from them I have: 1. Gotten food poisoning 2. Had moldy lettuce in my salad 3. Had the entire butt of the lettuce in my salad 4. Took over two hours for delivery. They do nothing but disappoint. If you love Panera, save your money and drive to the next location, because this one isn’t worth it.
It is a great store. Everyone is really nice and always there with a smile for you! They made my day on Wednesday when I came in for breakfast, incredibly sweet and genuine people. They actually remembered my name and greeted me when I came through the door! Best staff and customer service I have ever encountered
Ordered $30 worth of food (plus tip!) to get pale wilting lettuce as a salad, runny chili, half cup of soup & a squished sandwich. The only thing that was perfect was the whole baguette which they have nothing personally to do with in store (it comes delivered to them). Curbside pickup with the description of my car on file, with unique bumper sticker announced & the server still couldn't read or find us. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

I used to always come here but as of late they have been declining. A couple weeks ago I got the salad, as I always do but it didn’t taste as fresh. It tasted as if it’s been sitting out for a while. I decided to give them a second chance yesterday and it did it for me. Once again got the salad, and same thing. Felt runny and the bottom was extremely watery. To make matters worse, as I got to the bottom of the salad I found a curly black hair resembling one of a beard (I knew it wasn’t mine because I have no beard). Ever since then, I didn’t have an appetite to eat the rest of the day and when I tried I felt extremely nauseous. Long story short, I was puking and in the bathroom all night long and had to call in sick for work.I’m just writing this so no one has to go through the same thing I did.
This Panera location is exponentially going down hill in quality and service. Sundays mornings are the worst. The crew there is a bunch of teenagers/kids that lollygag and lack professionalism. The past 4 times I’ve gotten breakfast, my egg over Easy has basically been boiled. I have also experienced missing items from my order a couple times.
Overall a good location. Just don’t go on Sunday Mornings. The Sunday crew is comprised of younger people that can’t seem to get orders out on time. I’ve waited 30+ minutes for my order on 2 separate occasions.
The slowest moving employees in the world. I picked up 2 Doordash orders there today and I waited 35 minutes. They were supposed to be ready upon my arrival. Don't go here if you have anything else planned with the rest of your day.
Panera forgot one of our items for our office lunch. They said they would come back. They never did. Apparently Panera does not actually do the delivering, they use Door Dash. So the lady at Panera said that she told Door Dash twice to resend our soup. Apparently Door Dash is not competent enough to know how to do this. Evidently Door Dash has some people working for them that are completely incapable of basic human functions. We will never order from this place again & in the future if anyone uses Door Dash we will avoid them like the plague. Too bad for them because we spend a lot of money for office lunches.
