We don't recommend Omega's Restaurant on South 27th Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was my first Time there. I should have listened to my instincts telling me not to eat there when I saw The B rating from The Milwaukee City Health Department on their front doors.My Mother ordered 2 eggs, hash browns with Cheese and onions, 2 sausage links, and 2 pieces of White toast with butter. Her hash browns were fried to a crisp from the bottom of the pan and burnt. The sausage links were burnt and tasted like Old meat with Old grease poured over them. Her food was not edible. All she ate was the toast and the eggs. At $ 14.00 for her meal, this is unacceptable. Please see the pictures attached.I ordered the Denver Omelet with hash browns with Cheese and onions on them and some wheat toast.My Omelet was somewhat cooked. Some of it was runny inside. I only ate part of it. The hash browns were burnt. The toast was overcooked and hard to eat. How do you overcook toast? My meal was $ 12.99.We will never eat there again. The menu is varied and the cakes are impressive. We came with spinach pie in mind, and it was even better than expected. Someone with me advised that I could order a lunch plate or a dinner plate at lunch time. I chose the dinner plate, which came with soup or salad, drink, dessert, and a side of potatoes or rice. For the soup or salad option, the Greek salad is served with or without anchovy (so my selection could be a good meal for vegetarians). Lemonade comes in a large glass and you can get 1 refill, which was more than enough. The dessert selection included with the meal was pretty broad, and included cheesecake, carrot cake, and more. We were impressed with the food and the service. Wait staff are highly attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you, Omega Restaurant, for a great meal.

Food was fast and hot. Plus the waitress was delightful. Some customers were a little cookie on this Day.
Erin was a great server. She smiled and talked about her girls to my husband and I. I love the fact she's in love with what she does. We will be requesting her the next time we're in.
We've been there a number of times. Good service by friendly staff. Although busy we have been seated quickly and given adequate time to decide on what to order. Never felt hurried for table turnover. Portions are satisfying and prepared well. A good family place.
My wife and I had our wedding here on Valentine's Day, 13 of us walked into their dining room less than an hour before they closed but you wouldn't have known it because the Drinks were correct, food was correct, and hot, and in a timely fashion.... Our waitress did a fantastic job And was compensated justly......!
