First of all -be on the look out for a waiter who looks and acts just like Alex Keaton. It’s not intentional. Great waiter.Great atmosphere, service, tap beer and service. We fantastic Tacos and a delicious Guinness Beer Beef over gmashed potatoes. The Tacos were huge . The beef dish was extremely generous. Very reasonable prices.
The Buffalo chicken mac is liquid gold. It's the perfect level of Creamy, cheesy, and heat. My two suggestions would be to add extra chicken and try it with bacon bits! I thought there wasn't as much chicken as I was hoping for but it was still amazing either way!I used the garlic bread to mop up the leftover Creamy cheese and it was a perfect way to end the mealWe also had the best Ruben rolls which isn't pictured but they are easily some of the best in Milwaukee. This meal is some of the best things on the menu!
Olydia's is a great Walkers Point bar. They also might have the best wings in the city and their Wednesday wing deal is a must. Don't expect anything fancy from here as it is primarily a locals establishment but let that run as encouragement to visit because it's a great place. Awesome outdoor patio as well!
Consistently some of thee best bar food in the city, and one of my favorite fish fries to boot. Mozzarella sticks and Ruben rolls are clearly handmade. Unique and awesome. Great burger, great BLT, great soups. Competent at classic cocktails but better as a decent beer bar. Friendly atmosphere. Nice, old wooden bar. Good specials including several unusual takes on mac and cheese. Decent brunch menu. Ample street parking. Tvs for sports games. Summerfest shuttle. Overall: recommended.
Reuben w/ fries, so awful. so greasy couldn't eat. Huge disappointment. reuben rolls bad too. NOT WORTH $31! .Top 10 list, NOT!.
My first time here and couldn't be more pleased with the service the food and the drinks. I had the hangover burger it's a must when you come here. I sat at the bar Amanda the bartender was really nice and welcoming.
If you come here for nothing else than the Rueben rolls, you’re good. They are INSANE. ?Honestly, I’d go here just for Ruben Rolls and a drink. But the fish fry is worth a try as well. Great drink offers, even on a Friday. PBR and a jamo shot for $4 and more. The server was a bit off but the food, drink deals, and variety of menu more than made up for it. The website really dragged me in when I was deciding a new fish fry and I’m glad I came!
A Milwaukee favorite , through the years and even a few name changesO ' Lydia's has remained a great place for a Friday fish fry or other selections from their eclectic menu . It's a main stay in Irish pubs for as long as I can remember. A very cozy inside that feels instantly comfortable and inviting , and if you like Bloody Marys you won't be disappointed . Outside is a snug little patio with it's own bar and if you're lucky one of the local trains will pass by almost close enough to touch . Lots of parking just across the street makes it an easy choice for a fun place to visit . Be prepared to make some new acquaintances from the friendly clientele.
