Great burgers. I ordered the mushroom swiss and it was a thick, juicy, heavy Burger with tasty mushrooms. The cheese seemed low quality but it was still an excellent burger. Great French fries(crinkle cut). Great malts.FYI. You have to get here early before they sell out of hamburger for the day. They have a limited amount of hamburger each day. The last time I was there they stopped taking orders at 11:45 am. They opened at 11 a.m.
This place has the best Burgers in Milwaukee County. They make their burgers Fresh every day and when they run out of Fresh meat, they close for the day. My Uncle Paul use to be a member of a car club that is eto have their meetings there. He use to have a 1949 Mercury or a 1950 Mercury that he won 2nd place there at The Nite Owl. I Love to ride my motorcycle there for the burgers
Try Night Owl for their burgers and awesome shakes. They have been around for many years and there is a good reason for that. Good food and good service. Be patient once you place your order .... goodness takes just a little time.

This is such an icon in MKE.. although I realize the current business environment, it's a shame that they close whenever they run out of ground beef. It's very hard to patronize someone when you don't know what their hours are.. do not take my review as negative because their burgers are awesome
I have been informed that this business is not currently open at nite. Worse yet, there are no owls on the premises - not even day owls! I can't support such blatant false advertising. Despite these massive shortcomings, I hear the food is good. I just hope the lack of owls doesn't lead to a rodent problem. When they bring back the owls, I'll update this review. I'm flexible on the daytime operations, but no owls is a deal breaker.

love this place so much! cheeseburger, onion rings, and chocolate shake are all so delicious. the chocolate shake is something serious!
I loved their hamburgers but it slipped right out of my hand........way too much butter on the burger.
Awesome burgers. Fabulous malts in almost any flavor.Note they close November 1 until spring. Cash only but there's an ATM.
