we went Ninja last night for dinner with our kids(11,10 y.o. (5:30 on a Thurs) we had no reservation, we were seated immediately and had a great hibachi cook!!! he was fun and did a fantastic job making sure that we all had the correct order cooked to perfection, the restaurant was busy, but not so much so that it took away from us enjoying our meal, Ninja is extremely family-friendly and a fun place to go to make any celebration feel extra special : )
Service was outstanding. Lena was our server. Food delicious and portions huge. 1st time there last night. Will be back again.

I always order chicken tempura roll and a sweet potato roll. This is the second time they’ve given me shrimp instead of chicken. The first time I picked up and saw it before going home. I went in and got a new order. This time my husband picked it up and dropped it off to me in west bend. Again it was shrimp and I called to complain. The woman is absolutely insisting my husband said shrimp. This is highly unlikely since he knows I’m allergic (so neither of us would ever order shrimp). I won’t go back after this time.
