i got there around 11am some of the food options werent out? but that quickly changed? i had rice milk? imitation crab wrapped in bacon. chicken fried? lots of other crab options? i also served myself egg foo young ? didnt finish it. sweet and sour chicken? drinks came with the meal? styrofoam plates suprised me though? but i was happy with the experience!!
Visited your establishment last night...on 27th street...when was the last time you cleaned your place ...absolutely filthy...carpet is disgusting, glass doors, etc...filthyNo control over your customers many of which were loud, rude and out of control...we left after one serving....plastic forks and styrofoam plates, bowls and cups...cheap, cheap, cheap!You should be closed down by the health department!
After church me and Group wanted to dine in. I went to the website they said the Buffet was $8.49. That sounded kind of low so I called where the young lady told me it was $15.99. I wanted to inform her that her website had it incorrectly……then she stated, “ well you’re not eating on the website“ And she HUNG UP on me. Well for a place who’s charging $16 per person for warmed up leftovers…..I WILL PASS….. that was quick nearly $200 they lost today. I will never try to dime in there again.
I was charged $12 at 2:30pm (plus tip, but there wasn't any table service, and everything was on paper plates/plastic silverware, plus you had to go get your own drinks). No seafood except fake crab and some salad bar shrimp, at least for lunch. Not the best buffet experience.
A mixed bag. The egg rolls and all chicken dishes were good. Sushi was ok. Crab Rangoons tasted like the wraps were stale, fried rice was just flavored rice from a rice cooker and the Lo Mein noodles were clumped together like leftover spaghetti out of a container. The place was clean and they cleared the dirty plates away quickly. No soy sauce on the tables, probably the first buffet I've gone to without it. I wouldn't go back, especially for what they charged.
Disappointed with ambiance, taste of food.Limited option of desserts,all type of chickens were hard and not so fresh.Overall experience was not good.Price of dinner buffet, adults:$15.99,kids$ 7.99
I used to love this place !! Now ... Not so much !! This place has gone down the drain never no friendly smiles just hurry up and buy and goodbye place is super dirty i remember smelling pinesol as i was younger now its horrible when food is gone and u ask if they will bring out more ur looked at with confusion and they walk away ... Never getting my money again i used to love this place
Reminded me of days gone by, here howeverandoverseas, presentation could have been better. Went in, you could see people enjoying themselves. I had to stand at checkin for a long time while the gentleman behind there was checking something on his phone with another employee. It was truly an abnormal amount of time! Should have left but a friend suggested we go there. It was apparent that they treat everyone this way. There was no "sorry for the wait" just a point to the price on the screen $37. 34 and a point to where your card would go. Looked for place to sit. There was someone constantly going around keeping everything neat and clean ?. There were families and singles moving about getting their food choices. There was another staff person who stood by kitchen area whose job was to take food as prepared to refill areas in need, they were very busy! It was a machine in operation likeIhavenotseenbefore. The place has another side to it where people were eating, so there was a constant flow of traffic to the buffet. There were no odd smells and I have to say the food was tasty ?. I had swai fish, shrimp fried rice, green beans, fried chicken, broccoli and chicken, my wife had green beans, broccoli and chicken, orange chicken and we both had crab Rangoon. She went back for seconds. There was just so much to choose from!!! From pizza to dessert American to Asian. A constant turnover of food and people! Had trouble getting a cone of ice cream at the end, asked for more and the reaction to fix the problem. I might add one healthy construction worker left with a large Styrofoam "glass " of vanilla. The staff was friendly with the exception of our getting in. They've been doing this for a long time and that was very obvious. If I ever want to "bust my gut," this is the place I will go
Love this place I wish that since the Covid variant is spreading rapidly I suggest going back to masks and gloves when getting your food and every other table again because everyone has not had their shots. I have my third my booster shot I don’t want to get infected because of greed. You will loose customers if changes don’t happened so your customer can feel safer. Thank you for your service.
Today my experience was really sad cause one of my favorites places to eat Chinese food is not anymore The food was cold not a lot of variety offered the price was ok. Is so sad that a really good place to take the family to eat is empty Not like before that you had to make the line just to get into the building to enjoy one of the best foods in the town now is just a regular place that has nothing special to offer at the moment.I remember back in the day this place was one of the best to eat Chinese food in the south side area but lately it’s not what it was before!
