Went there with my girlfriend for the first time in a few years about two or three weeks ago and as we were sitting down about to eat a cockroach fell onto my girlfriends shoulder. The buss lady picked it up and squished it with her hands and proceeded to carry onto other tables. We told the manager and she said she knew about the cockroach problem but only offered us half a refund because we had already gotten food. Needless to say, we won’t be going back again.

Food was VERY stale today starting from their crab Rangoon to the the fried chicken. Much of the food lacked flavor and honestly I couldn’t even finish my plate due to the disappointment in their food. I completely lost my appetite. I was also disappointed at the fact that I paid almost $40 for my child and I to ‘eat’ here. The Waukesha location is wayyy better and also a more cleaner environment.

I canecin and I was with my family. I ordered and I beleive the price came to $54 for four people. I was immediately seated with no wait time. I went to the buffet which had an array of foods which are way to many to name but mostly Asian foods. The food was very delicious and very fresh ?. I left leaving full and satisfied.

Weird food flavor tasted like a dirty smelly sewage not enough ventilation in the place

They had everything could possibly want for a good Chinese buffet I would highly recommend The new China buffet! They also have fried chicken wings which I was really surprised for a Chinese place and they were the bomb! ?

Wish there was more options. For example only shrimp fried rice was an option. Wished there was chicken fried rice or just plain fried rice.Employees where great and friendly!

I am not sure whether the dinner will have more good ingredients than lunch. I went for lunch, did not see ribs, squid, clam, chicken wing, all these stuff posted by others two years ago. NOT much tasty food you can eat. Mat not come back, at least for lunch.

Not a bad buffet, but silverware is VERY cheap plastic and the napkins aren't good enough to wipe your nose. Bathrooms are smelly. Food is decent for a buffet, nice choices but not all of it hot.

Best Chinese buffet around!! Most of the time when I go out craving Chinese im looking for a few specifics! 1ST, an alternative food for my 3 picky little eaters, CHECK! 2ND, whether they've got those fried sugar donuts, CHECK! Crab Rangoons, CHECK! And several choices for main dishes, which I believe they may alternate! Also I'd like to add that I lost a $250+ pair of perscription glasses at this restaurant, called back 1 week later, and they had been found and returned!!

Usually a decent place to eat. Kind of rude during covids peak but very covid minded. I don't like going here during the winter cause the doors are very near the food which can turn the food cold. Otherwise I never had a issue here. Nice, quiet atmosphere. Busy but always room for more
