The root beer floats were good, but the walking tacos were nothing but Doritos drowned in cheese.
Terrible. Ordered and charged for a double cheeseburger with pickles and ketchup. Got a single without pickles. Hamburgers are very greasy and tasteless. Very expensive without the quality. Never will return.

Ice-cream not real, not custard just softserv mix. Bananas green. Hurt stomach no good. They have opportunity for greatness were they can charge any price but effort to deliver a quality product not there. Shame a wasted location.
AMAZING CUSTARD!!I had chocolate custard with Oreos and I could barely finish a small. It was so flavorful and filling!
What a mess. I waited 16 minutes just to get through the line and order a cheeseburger. The couple in front of me took six and a half minutes to order. The manager finally intervened. They only had one order window open.While waiting in line to order, On occasion the manager would open a second window and bark something at the crowd. I'm not sure what he was saying, but I think he was referring to the kiosk in front of him. Nobody was using it. Was that for ice cream only? Credit card only? Who knows. There was no signage anywhere. That would have been an easy fix.After finally ordering, I used the bathroom in the same building, and there was no soap. Imagine that. At a hamburger place. So, I figured they would have hand sanitizer outside. And they did have a gallon jug. It was empty. So when I picked up my burger, I asked for hand sanitizer and she offered me an empty bottle. Gross.So how was the burger? It was fine. Nothing special
Custard is generic (it's no Kopp's, that's for sure). The cheese curds were decent though, so that brings this to average.Staff was mediocre at best...poor people skills, decent speed.Location is A++
Quality food. Friendly and attentive staff. Good service. Prices are very reasonable given the lakefront location. $10 can buy you a burger fit for a king. Ice cream tastes like good quality too. At busy times there will be a line. It’s worth tipping!
Would be nice to display the different size of sundaes. Good custard
