5 the room and stay was excellent. Room clean no smoke smell. The worker were very helpful and nice. I spoke to one of the cleaning lady she was nice, and I asked if they picked the garbage up and give fresh towels. She said sure. I noticed at the other hotels I went to there was not any good customer service. I really appreciate you guys and I will be back

I really liked the room that we had & the location is very convenient but when we arrived we were told that they no longer provide their guests dishes, silverware, glasses or pots & pans. This was very inconvenient for us. Last time we stayed here they did provide everything. It was a big surprise for us as our room had a full size stove and refrigerator and a microwave. Also someone went into our room and threw away our 4 glasses that we had bought so we had no glasses!! Luckily it was on the last day. I would have written a better review if it wasn't for this. We stayed here in 2013 and it was great.

Stayed here with my wife and daughter for an early morning flight. Locals partying all night, very loud and smell of marijuana everywhere. Actual dirty stained sheets on our bed and had to get them changed before going to bed. The carpets in the halls and room were also disgusting. Would never stay here again, very disappointing and not as cheap as it should’ve been. Only good thing to say is the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

FAMILY PARTY CENTRAL on the weekend. Avoid at all cost. Loud noise, running up and down the hall, pool maxed out with kids and adults. People were having a great time, but not so good for other guests. I stayed there on week days and it was just perfect.

Upon arriving at the hotel they were not able to find our reservation. Thankfully, I had saved my confirmation email for the two rooms we reserved. The staff worked to find us rooms and were very kind. When we entered the room our toilet did not work. They didn’t have anyone available to fix it, so my husband played around with it. It w as actually turned off. They room did not have any of the things you would normally find in a hotel room like soaps, shampoo, etc. we had one bath towel in each of the rooms, and 7 people between the two rooms. I called the front desk to get more towels and they were short staffed so asked me to come get them- no big deal. When I got to the front desk they told me they don’t have anymore towels.

Check in took forever because not 1, but 3 employees couldn’t figure out how to do it. It’s a simple 1 king room reservation. When we finally got to our room, it was fine, although the bathroom shower area needs some serious updating and cleaning. Bed was comfortable. The next morning, they refused to give us the free breakfast that we were told was included in our reservation. “There’s nothing I can do about it.” was what we were told even though I paid extra for that specific package. I’m filing a complaint. Never again.

Management is a bunch of liars who screw over thier employees. Place is dirty and down right filthy. You couldn't pay me to stay there. It smells nasty and the resterauant is a joke with horrible food.

The hotel was nice, clean and welcoming so were the people behind the desk. so what are you complaining about you may ask. Mostly a couple of design or creature comforts I would expect from any hotel at this level. 1.- the bathroom had no exhaust fan to vent out humidity or worst smells. 2.- Lights on entrance were off until we mention it to staff. Timer issue. 3.- This is one of those Covid things, but breakfast was not only available only for take out but also at a rather high price. I'm being picky, but this is what I found bug me. Would I recommend it or stay myself there again, yes by all means, but I would ask ahead of time about this things. If not for this things they would get a 5 review, the staff is the shining example of customer service.

Stayed here on a Friday & Saturday night, check in was simple and quick. Some sketchy people trying to check in without a photo ID, and arguing with the employees, that should have clued me in.... The Bad... - the elevator is falling apart, smells horrible and embarrassing for a “3 star” - wrappers on the floor in our room. - it was 83 degrees in the room, air wasn’t even turned on. - the thermostat did not work at all, we were roasting both nights. - one roll of TP, no tissue, but a lovely empty box and hair on the floor. - they turned our key off because they thought we checked out a day early, huh?? - loud neighbors and children running the halls late at night and early morning. - masks required, which we wore, and 2 employees but other employees and other guests were not. - ice machine gave out shaved ice ? The Good... - the bed was comfortable, pillows nice - plenty of parking - culvers, Starbucks, Dominos all a Crosse the street
