So I visited recently for the first time in a long time. The last time before my recent visit I was not impressed. The food was very subpar. No flavor at all. So I didn't return for a while because I was so disappointed. My fiance and I recently decided to go give them anther try and sadly it was disappointing again. They took one of my favorite items (chicken salad sandwich) off the menu. So I had to settle for something I didn't really want. I was just let diem. Seems like the staff has changed. Ever since their renovation it hasn't been the same.
The food here is a 6/10 its ok, definitely not the best but the service is horrible i came and ate from here a couple of times and when i dont i usually come to use the restroom. My first time coming here i only used the bathroom and there was no problem because there was an african american lady there so she said we could go. My second time there was a lady with red lipstick on (that she wears everyday) and she told me i couldnt use it so i left, but right before she let a caucasian man come through, many times after that i was allowed to use the bathroom. Just yesterday when i came to use it a different lady came in and told me AND I QUOTE "what are you doing in there, did you even buy anything im going to have to ask you leave right now and im not even kidding" she literally says this with out stopping in between questions to let me answer so i kindly left even thought i felt very disrespected because i literally was only there for about 5 minutes. I will kindly never be going to eat from here again??♀️??♀️
A very nice atmosphere, clean, prompt service, I ordered a Reuben and fries, and it was a very good sized sandwich, worth the money, and very flavorful, the fries were very good as well, hot, & crispy.Overall, a pleasant, tasty meal, will be back for sure.
I go to Michaels and get my steak chicken and shrimp fajita you can go anywhere else and get it far 17 $ and the people in there are nice they'll get your food they talk to you and give you respect that's the reason why I keep going to Michael's I love Michael school at like the community I like the customers even the workers they respect
During a stay in Milwaukee I had two meals at Michael's. Lunch, which was tacos, rice and beans; and a breakfast of two poached eggs, hash browns, sausage and coffee. Both meals were excellent. The staff were wonderful. Thank you Michael's for great food and great hospitality!
This is a one of those unknown gems to visitors in Milwaukee. Great server, staff, price's and service. Chef absolutely knocked it out the park! I'll be back whenever I'm in the area for breakfast.
Slow service as they focus more on delivery orders than the customers that are actually in restaurant. Woman running the show wasn't open to listening to why I was not happy with service as she immediately went into defending the poor service. Won't ever go back again!
This was the worst experience I’ve had from this restaurant and typically the food isn’t this bad. My bacon was burnt and inedible this is the SECOND time there was eggshells in my eggs on top of the eggs being watery and the hash browns had uncooked raw onion and green pepper they covered the hash browns up with the veggies and cheese because underneath they over cooked the hash browns and they were burnt so they had to cover it up. I ordered through door dash and I am truly disgusted with this restaurant ima chef myself I know what quality food should look like and this isn’t it please hire a new cook!

Ordered a grill chicken sandwich and it was not even done it was terrible hard but two days before it was perfect don't know what happened with my sandwich today but I'm not ordering it again never.
