Worst drive thru ever,there all idiots. Even the guy who designed the drive thru . idiots. Got soaked waiting for my screwed up order,and they want to pay these employees 15 an hour, guy who designed drive thru should have put a canopy over drive thru windows,got soaked in rain waiting. Will never go here again,and will tell other people not to either. All idiots.
The fact the incompetent managers and staff haven’t gotten this location shut down is amazing. If you want cold food made by half-brains who couldn’t formulate a sentence, much less prepare food correctly, then order from here. The managers should be ashamed of how poorly they manage a MCDONALD’S. Pathetic excuse of a restaurant with worthless employees.
L I always thought that you supposed to use vinyl gloves for hand protection I noticed that your staff does not do that especially when they at the French fry station the times I have come there I had to check and see if I had the right combination of food one time I came there and got pancakes I only got two pancakes instead of three there are times that I had on picked up some food or waiting for my order and they're up there talking ignoring me
So I went back to take and undercooked quarter pounder that I only took one bite out of....and when I asked for another one fully cooked they told me they won't refund or remake it because I took a bit out of it! That's the worst customer service ever at any McDonald's I will never go there ever again and I recommend all who order double check the temperature of your food! I been cooking for twenty more years and I never expected that from food service.
Even thought the line was all the way out to the street , long as it could be, we got thru quickly and our food was hot and tasted Great! This is my Fav McDonald's in Milwaukee! Hands Down!!
Fastest this drive thru line has been in years! The new owner has thus faa r done an amazing job, m.With the prior owner my rating would have negative stars, and stated to never go there. Now id say its one of the better ones in that area !
Going threw drive thru IS always a challenge because 7 out of 10 your Food isn't all gonna be in the bag or the buns are dry or fries to salty and sometimesthe STAFF IS RUDE!! I live REALLY close to this location but for Better Service and food I drive all the way to East North Ave..Kam The Food Critic
Very rude employees at the drive through window and on top of that, they did me bogus with the Big Mac I was given. I can’t even explain this foolery so imma just attach the pictures…. This honestly feels like a personal attack with how bogus they did me. All I gotta say is, do better.
Have been to a few other McDonald's before and this one has to be ranked near bottom of the list. Some might say wow you're taking time out of your day to leave a review for McDonald's, but we the people are here for you. George Washington would be ashamed that his hard work and tireless effort has dribbled into the RUDE, SLOW, AND LYING STAFF. I showed you the receipt. Give my kids their chicken nuggets. After an absolute preposterous back and fourth I got what was mine. Do not recommend.
