I`ll give this mcdonalds a 4 star because I frequented it for several years from 2005- 2011 during my homeless years. I would come here early in the morning after turning in large bags of aluminum cans at the recycling centers on barclay st. nearby after a grueling night of "canning" in downtown milwaukee and the third ward. The homeless days are over with quite a while back but always remember this. I remember "britney" and the one girl that worked there that "ate for two" when she was pregnant. There was another bueaty that worked there that I always liked.
I pulled up to the drive-through and no one said anything over the speaker so I said there a minute and a half then I said hello then the girl came on and said I’ll be with you in a minute two minutes passed another car pulled up at the other speaker that persons they took their order but I was still waiting to place my order so I ask how can someone come and get their order placed before me when I was here first the girl told me she was making drinks but there was no one in line except for me. Bad Service

This location has truly changed for the better. I grew up around the walker point area an use to visit this McDonald's frequently. From the cleanliness to the staff members, everything has indeed improved here over the years. Five stars because of that.
Said it was open but wasnt even open, I was actually hungry too. I told everyone in this city not to go to that Mcdonalds no more. Smdh
The picture is of doordash orders just sitting there. Long drive thru lines could be avoided if they would allow dasher to grab the food that is already made. It would be a win win for everyone. There has to be a better system.
Sadly, this McDs location is going downhill. Once friendly and welcoming staff no longer at the counter. Fries, the icon of any McDonald's, were soggy. Sandwich was lukewarm, assembled haphazardly. Food scraps, bits of wrapper, and other debris were evident everywhere in the Dining Room. Place was not at all busy when visited during Lunch hour.
They forgot all sauces for nuggets and replaced the nuggets...also forgot apple fritters, went back had no issues getting said items. I asked for a chicken sandwich meal- sub shredded lettuce, no tomato, mayo on the side. They made it with the tomato and mayo, but did sub shredded lettuce. It was lunch time, very busy.. that is a possible factor as to WHY? DECENT wait time, courteous employees... just make sure you have every item ordered before leaving the drive through. Don't worry about the beeping car behind you, they are hungry too.
We ordered from this McDonald's drive-thru and accidentally paid for the wrong order. The cashier treated us like we we're idiots because we paid for the wrong order. When got to the next window to resolve the issue and when I asked the employee what the name of the cashier at the window was she merely explained she "doesn't know" because "it's her first day on the job" the first employee was so disrespectful and hard to understand behind the mask. I wish people would be more understanding through the new normal we are all faced with and the miscommunication that may happen with the mask mandates. Very rude staff!
No meat in a cheeseburger? How does that happen? Wasn't busy employees just standing around. Place went downhill. Won't be back.
