As a long time diner at Mason Street, I appreciate that the staff is told that fact and acts accordingly. Our waiter Cesar was excellent, non intrusive, but on the spot when needed. My guest and I both had steaks, perfectly prepared medium rare, and delicious. We added mushrooms as a side: ample, actually more than ample portion and well prepared. My guest had the carrot cake, a Pfister specialty. As usual, the drinks were prepared exactly as ordered. The topper for us not hotel residents is the four hour free parking in the Pfister carpark. The drive downtown is well worth it. I only hope that they reopen for lunch again SOON.
Brad and Aiden took great care of us! My go to spot for business dinners in Milwaukee. Food was top notch as always and wine was well priced.

Anniversary
Visiting from Chicago we have a large sample size of steak restaurants to draw from, and found Mason Street Grill to be comparable, if not better than most.. We chose the bar area due to the live guitar music and moderate noise. Neither the bar or restaurant felt too crowded, was a perfect combination of people and noise for a Saturday evening. The service met our needs with a professional and pleasant demeanor. Regarding our food; the filet, halibut, broccoli, and mashed potatoes weâre Excellent! The chefâs carrot cake was a special treat as well. We highly recommend.
My significant other and myself celebrated out 3rd anniversary at Mason Street Grill. Food was excellent, drinks were tasty, and the service was top notch. We both agreed we will have to be back ASAP.
