Terrible service and they ripped me off. Don't visit Green Bay location. Never going again.
Food is good but I'm never coming back to this location ever again. It's the second time I paid for my food in cash and the order takers give me back dollar change but actually keep the coin change. Granted it's less than a dollar in coin but it's the principle
I was disappointed with the meal after reading such positive reviews. I like Chick-fil-A and previous reviews said this was better so I was excited to try it out. The chicken tenders were dry and tasteless and my wife and I didn't care for the mad sauce. The mad fries were decent which is why I gave two stars. The best part, unfortunately, was the soda.
The food looks good,however, hothead people at this location are inadequately trained and unprofessional. It appears they are all trained to sit there and stare at you without greeting you. Every time you approach the counter they won’t answer you to take your order. Also, a guy was coughing sneezing all over the place and sounded like he was damn near vomiting and he’s back there over the food! Not happy at all with the service. Will not ho back!
First time eating at this Milwaukee area, liked it. We order to take out and ate it in the car, we was in a bit of a hurry. We all ate different things, but I love their chicken/waffle fries bowl with their Mad Chicken sauce it taste so good.Next time I go I'll try something else. Ever since my daughter introduced me to the restaurant on 76th st inside Southridge mall,it was delicious. That one is one of my favorite. Thank you for your customer service.
We came to Mad Chicken in Tosa (near Mayfair Mall) and we had the chicken sandwich and 4pc. tenders. The chicken was cooked properly, but the seasoning was so super salty. We thought it was weird that the sandwiches are made with tenders, not a whole breast. The waffle fries were undercooked. We each had the cheese curds. One of us got normal sized pieces, while the other got all small, bottom of the bag pieces. The mac & cheese was cold and mushy.

First time visit. Had the mild chicken and waffle nachos. Very delicious! Consistent customers in and out. About 20 different chicken flavors. If wanting something different and not watching the waistline definitely try! Friendly service. Fresh ingredients.
Surprisingly the food at this place was exceptional and with an above average portion of chicken in my sandwich.The problem I have with this place, is twofold, the staff is just not happy to be there, and not really helpful overall. The second issue I have is that their food, for being fast food, is insanely overpriced. That said, the food is good, but should be priced at about 40% less than what it is right now.
They have very well seasoned and juicy chicken and fried onion rings. Everything is done to order and never cold. My favorite is everything they have lol i mean their onion rings are really good and their chicken and cheese curds and even their fries are nice and a signature of their own. Love the food wish i could afford to eat here more often though but its priced above my budget. Still amazing
