Mad fries were good with house sauce. Traditional wings were also very good with hot garlic honey sauce. Trey took our order and was exceptionally kind and helpful. He is a very genuine human being and kept us entertained while we waited.
I loved the ambience and specially having a chicken special place is good to have!! Love it!
We've ordered from here 4-5 times over the last year and a half.Every time the food has been great, so for me at least the quality has been consistently high!
chicken tenders were amazing! Tender, juicy, and well seasoned. The waffle fries were fine, nothing too special. But the chicken definitely was worth coming back for!
I was trying to place an order on their website, but it wasn't allowing me to add items to my cart. I called to place my order, but I was immediately informed by the lady that they would not accept phone orders. I told her that the website wasn't working and she just replied "Well then I don't know what to tell you". No offer of assistance to walk through what might be happening on the website nor the acceptance of our business over the phone. I have heard great things about this place, but I will definitely never go to this location at the very least. I'd recommend brushing up on your customer service because how I was treated was definitely not how you treat people.
What the hell is this?Found inside crispy BBQ wrap.Seems like a plastic saw tooth, about 2mm thick.Did this break off of something used to pull apart the meat?Used to love this place but quality dropped a lot in less than a year!Edit: Threw up 3 hours later. Stomach feels much better, but had to knock off the last star.
The food is always pretty good and the service is always pretty bad. I've shown up for carryout orders and had mine been missing multiple times. Their online ordering system almost never works. The most recent time I tried to order carryout online it said "ASAP unavailable" so I called to order. The employee answered and when I asked to order carryout she said you could only do that online, despite having ordered over the phone at least 10 times. I said online wasn't working so she said "ok hang on a second" and hung up on me. I called right back and it rang for a full minute before going to answering machine. I did end up ordering eventually and all 4 sauces were missing.
I hate writing bad reviews but when you first don’t ask for any meat on your salad and it comes with meat that’s not ok. Also got ceaser dressing the cup was less than half full of it, and the salad is extremely warm. And then the boneless wings barely have any Buffalo on them. Also they seem like tenders I could be wrong though. Last things I ordered the fried pickles and jalapeño poppers. They are terrible like cold and just don’t taste good. I feel so bad but this was so disappointing when it’s a 35 dollar meal. Biggest issue is the salad having meat though. Tried to call no answer.
I absolutely adore Mad Chicken! I have DoorDashed there several times and had been dying to try it. Last night I finally did. The chicken tenders were good and the fries were great as well! The service is always excellent and helpful, especially the guy with the earring. They have a huge variety of sauces. Every kind of sauce we tried was delicious. They are open super late, so it is a perfect warm meal for a drunk person. If you are also new to door dashing, they always have the food ready when you get there. I highly recommend Mad Chicken, some of the best I’ve had!
Waited 10 min for a chicken biscuit sandwich, which would be fine if it’s a quality sandwich, but literally was a huge box with a small chicken tender laying on a HALF ROCK SOLID DRY & HALF LESS DRY biscuit… also the “mad fire” sauce should be called “bad fire” sauce… yeah it was that bad. Lol the guy behind the counter was friendly and accommodating though!
