I'll let the picture speak folks. The customer service was great as always and the food well you see it. Enjoy

Not bad!! Food was good and came out pretty quick!! Not the most friendliest waitress but she did a good job bringing refills and asking if we needed anything. Would come back again!

Great shakes and burgers, best for a late night hang outI love Ma's. I've spent many late nights here with friends, and not just because it's open later than anywhere else. The menu is super large and not all of them are fantastic, but if you find what's good, you'll always leave happy. I love their burgers and shakes. Their breakfast also gets good reviews

I was hired to dine at the restaurant by a review and survey board. I arrived around 3:30 on a Saturday. I was immediately greeted and sat in a single booth by the door. The server came over with water and I took sometime with the menu. Three other patrons entered the restaurant and there was a big draft, leaving me cold. At the time there were 10 open large booths, multiple single person booths and 3 open large party booths. There may have been 4-5 other patrons in the restaurant. The host could have sat me away from the door, especially considering it was cold outside. But I understand that servers have sections. I noticed my server was also helping customers in the booths across the way . I gathered my soup, drink, water, coat and purse and moved to an easily accessible booth in my servers section.Within 10 minutes of me sitting down, the manager/host seats a party of two in front of me. He stops by my table to say, verbatim “Just wanted to let you know, it’s fine this time, but these booths are for two or more people so if I need to I will have to ask you to move.”I then say, oh, I moved because it was a bit cold where I was sitting. He then says “yeah, but if it gets busy you’ll have to move”I hadn’t received my main course, I asked him for the bill. He did not try to reassure me that everything was okay. He simply said, yeah that’s fine. He did not try to save nor earn my business. When I finished my beer and proceeded to the front. During that time I let the manager know he was unprofessional, rude and In all of my years I had never had a person tell me I would have to move my seat while I was dining.Either the manager on duty was discriminating against me, or he was on a power trip. But his lack of compassion, professionalism, integrity, respect, tact and all around duty to the Ma Fishers brand was a terrible first time impression. He continually talked while I expressed my concern with his behavior. After he continued to dismiss my concerns with comments such as “totally”, I used a civil rights movement reference. Because the way I felt the moment he told me I would have to move, as I visibly saw more than 20 open booths, was a direct collation to how people felt when they couldn’t swim in certain swimming pools, or they had to ride in certain areas of the bus. It’s hard to believe that this happens in this day in age. But that manager couldn’t have thought within the 15-30 minutes I had left in that restaurant that a rush of people would yield him to tell me I had to move my seat for others to eat. Which is essentially what he said.If he did this to me he is probably doing it to a lot more people. This experience left me feeling terrible, hungry, upset, enraged that a young man could have the audacity to call himself a manager but didn’t think about the server who lost a tip. Because I have worked in the service industry I understand that tipping more than 20% makes the world of a difference. But this manager did not care. Nor did he care about the Ma Fisher brand. I will be submitting my review and I will only be able to review dumpling soup and a blue moon, because the manager Ma Fisher hired, lacks basic competencies to be front of the house manager.

Been coming here for a few years now. Best brunch place in town, and I love that I can pancakes anytime of the day. The service can be a little slow on weekends but the food is good. Plus bottomless coffees ??

Classic Milwaukee diner that never disappoints. French toast is the best I’ve ever had!

Great service and the dumpling soup was awesome. Should have had a burger or omelet, as they looked good. The grilled cheese was dry and just not very tasty.

Ma Fischer's has been around for decades. Favorite place for a hearty breakfast after a hard night. I have always enjoyed my meals here. Prodigious servings, you will get full. I've never had a problem with the people who work there. They are friendly and efficient. Ignored the entitled, this is a great place to get a meal. It is in an interesting part of Milwaukee. When you get done eating, check out the neighborhood.

There is nothing truly special about this place but I think that's what gives it the appeal it has. It looks like a classic old school diner but it waited by young workers which was a surprise to me. The food isn't anything special, it's diner food, I had the hangover skillet, it's cooked well and has alot of food in it. It's right for the price and the area. Feels like a great place to just eat if you need a bite. Check it out, it's close to some other great places to check out!

This is the ONLY breakfast I enjoy consistently! My fiance and I are bnever disappointed! For I mention the staff?! They are very well mannered under pressure for sure and don't mind going the extra mile to make sure you're happy even when there's a line out the door! It's just a must to stop here if you love actual breakfast they taste like they know you personally ? ?? thank you Ma Fischers diner and staff
