Awesome little place. The bar itself is very cute with fun decor. The happy hour specials are awesome, and every drink we had was tasty. Bartender Greg was super friendly! Since my husband and I were the only people in the bar for a majority of our time there Greg talked to us at length and offered to make us custom cocktails. He even hand delivered our drinks to us in the area we were sitting in. We will definitely be bringing friends and coworkers back!
Gave this place a try. Respect what they are trying to do and the challenges they face. The drinks are far too sweet for me which is fine if you like that. I don't. There is no option for things like martini's. I think at the price point of $18 per they should be stronger.
A great date night spot with good atmosphere and tasty craft cocktails on the menu or they will create what ever you can think up. Unique nightly specials with the maple old fashioned a tasty treat.
very low key and chill vibes with very good drinks. They have very nice couch/lounge area if you want to feel like you’re having cocktail in your friends living room. Or if you want to chat up the bartender their bar seating is also very nice. also their drinks are quite amazing and their staff is very friendly
Amazing cocktail bar! They treat Chicagoans like gold. The staff is warm and welcoming. This place is a gem. You’ll find great vibes, great drinks, great music, and great conversation here. We will be coming back! See you next time!
I’ve been here twice now. Once a great experience, and recently a bad one. The bar smelled like bathrooms and the drinks were subpar. My espresso martini wasn’t drinkable in my opinion. For $10 I’m expecting a full drink. This is how it was served.
My cousin accidentally took the merchant copy receipt and the bartender yelled in front of everyone asking why my cousin hadn’t left a tip. Extremely unprofessional to yell that in front of customers. You aren’t entitled to a tip. Mostly when he actually did tip but didn’t give the bartender the correct receipt. After that he definitely didn’t deserve a tip. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
Went for the first time yesterday to celebrate my birthday and the bartender completely ruined the experience and I never will be coming back again. He yelled at my cousin in front of everyone there very rudely over his tip. Very unprofessional to do that at any establishment as it gives you guys a very bad look.
the bartender charged me 10 for a small Margarita, i gave him a 20 and he gave me 5 dollars change. i planned to leave the whole 10 to him because it was not bad, but finding out he took 5 right off the top compelled me to leave 0 and leave the bar. i informed someone else that works here who set me straight. maybe it was a one off but i doubt it.
