Such an amazing atmosphere right as you walk in the door you get to see, hear and smell the kitchen going right in front of you. The staff were very pleasant and always attentive and ready when we wanted to order more stuff or needed new drinks. Best mole I have ever had and was very happy to try something new like the lamb shank birria which fell off the bone into the consomme. I was looking for a very refreshing drink and the gabriella didn’t disappoint! Highly recommend everything we had.
Our favorite restaurant in Milwaukee - there is nothing else like it! Authentic and creative Mexican dishes, great margaritas and cocktails, and a fun and cozy ambience. I have never had a dish here that hasn't been amazing. Especially love the salmon, pork belly tacos, lamb birria, and all of the small plates. We are so lucky to have La Dama in Milwaukee!

We’ve heard good things about La Dama so we gave it a try. Our server Ana was incredible. We got there early, but the kitchen paced our food so that everything didn’t pile up in the table. We started with cocktails, oysters, salad and they were incredible. When it came time for wine to pair with our tacos, my partner explained what she was looking for and Ana absolutely nailed it. Honestly. She knows her wine.Restaurants are struggling, and staff is exhausted. You would have no idea of that eating at La Dama. We can’t wait to pop in again and try more delicious food. Appreciation and gratitude to the whole team for a much needed night out of celebration.

Server didn't check in or look our way and focused on larger groups next to us that already had their food. Recommend ordering as soon as you get in and plan on a pricey small plate.
I was here earlier in the year and absolutely loved it. This time was just okay. We booked the reservation online and had no idea that would be sitting outside in a cold dark tent. I had some sort of salmon dish with some beets or something that was all right but I feel like I could have made something tastier at home. Will probably give it one more try to see if this was just a fluke.
Food, cocktails, and service were all great. Prices were quite high but it’s fine dining. Was a heavy bleach smell in the restaurant for 5-10 minutes. A major turnoff in any restaurant let alone fine dining.
