I was charged the wrong price on the food on my credit card so i had to give them the card back to charge the difference which is cool but they really should make sure to give receipts when they do that or it just seems shady. They also gave me the complete wrong order a few days ago when i was there, they had like 7-8 cars pulled ahead to wait in food though and im sure it got confusing for the one guy they had running out to deliver the orders.
Come through the drive up, get my food, there is literally feathers sticking out the wings, I ask for my money back she tells me with and attitude, I couldn't, we will give you some more chicken, I am really not understanding how customer service is working now? The rudeness is just awful ? ? ?! Managers are supposed to conduct themselves in a manner that the employees are capable of following them, NOT THE CASE HERE!
They got my order wrong and I spent 40 dollars for a messed up order

Bowl was good. We love the co slaw. Like crispy chicken sandwich there too.
The drive-thru staff are very nice :-) and my order was perfect. I will always go here now for work lunch rather than the kfc on miller parkway.
This KFC located at fond du lac and 60th Street the food was horrible the service was okay but once again I don't want to be served food that's been sitting for hours and doesn't taste very well okay
Ask for a substitute n didnt get it but my food was ready n quick drive thru
It was 8:45 when I ordered my chicken tenders. I got home and the tenders were so old and hard. Tried calling over and over with no answer!
Horrible drive through service from beginning to end. Spent 10 minutes waiting to order and they never answered. Once I finally drove up to the window to see why they aren't responding to customers pulling up I was still ignored by the 3 employees there. After finally placing my order and paying, I never got a receipt or my change. They gave me my food but I had to blow my horn 4 times just for them to come back and give me my drink. Unbelievable!!
