It was my worst experience at a KFC.I ordered online for "quick pickup" at 7:30. My order was not ready until 10 after 8.I didn't get my biscuit. I ordered fries and they were out of fries. They were out of Pepsi too.I feel bad for the employees that were there. The management is doing a very poor job
Absolutely the worst.Took 20 minutes to get a chicken sandwich through the dri e through. They opened at noon and I was in line by 12:02. 3 ithers infront of me. Placing the order for a spicy chicken salad took 15 minutes.Cashier takes my money buy does not give me my change and wanders off. Now ok it was only 4 cents but seriously, you could have asked 1st. Comes back, did you want your 4 cents? No thats fine.. her: good cuz im short on change. Thinking to myself, short on change ? You just opened up 20 mins ago, there were only 3 people infront of me.. hiw the hell are you out of change already...Get home and take my sandwich out.. WTH is this? Ive had KFCs chicken sandwich before, it's similar to Popeyes, this is not anything like the prior sandwich I've had.. screw it I'm hungry. Emailed corporate and will never return to this location. If you're hungry for KFC..., DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
I can honestly say it’s been years since I’ve had KFC. But today I decided I wanted to try it again. I looked forward to the original recipe where the skin just falls off the piece of chicken and has all the flavors one expects from a KFC. I ordered the drum and thigh combo with their bowl. I then drove and found a relaxing spot to enjoy this KFC… only to find that there are no napkins or utensils included. Not even a little bit of butter for the biscuit. I was able to at least eat the two pieces of chicken. The drumstick was dry and I actually could not tell whether or not it was original recipe or the extra crispy… which is kind of disheartening. The thigh did not disappoint and was quite tasty. As I am about 30 minutes from home (where I can get a utensil) I know I will have to heat up the mashed potatoes and the bowl in the microwave. This experience thus brings closure to KFC for a few more years. I won’t even mention the very dry and unwelcoming attitude of the drive-through person who took the order and handed it to me. Oops, looks like I did mention it.
This location should just close. They are ALWAYS out of most menu items. They NEVER have their so called made to order chicken sandwich. Doesn’t matter what time of day you go. When you do get what you want it tastes like it was made the day before. They never give you the condiments you ask for. The last order I got were tenders and I actually laughed out loud at their ridiculously small size. Rip off!!! I’m done with KFC unless a new location opens because the South Milwaukee location sucks too. Can’t wait for Popeye’s to open up the road. ( Coming soon if all goes well.)
I have gone multiple times to this same location and it keeps getting worse. I am disappointed. I ordered a bucket of 12 pieces for my family and when I got home I saw that each side was less than half full. If I am getting half the food then I should only be paying half the price.
I'm not sure why I bother coming to this location anymore. Every time, my $20 order is screwed up. Wrong sides, none of the sauces that I had to pay for, smaller pieces of chicken than other locations, and like a tablespoon of sauce on the Nashville tenders. I'm not picky by any means, either. After all, this is a fast food place. But this is awful. KFC ought to pay these people enough to care about getting our orders right, and they should start stocking their damn stores. How can a chicken place not have BBQ sauce? Not going here again.
Ordered 2 large buckets at 2:00 pm for delivery at 5:30 pm. At 5:10 pm I get a text saying my order has been canceled due to lack of chicken. PO’d a lot of hungry people. ?
Drive thru employees mumble and are rude. Ordered strips meal. Did not get Cole slaw. Mashed potatoes containers were only 1/2 full and the gravy was super small. Not anywhere near enough for the potatoes. Asked for a variety of sauces. Received all one flavor. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
I recently rode passed this location and it looks like it’s closed. There was no cars in the parking lot. Not cars in the drive thru and no lights were on as well. I had to drive to the KFC in South Milwaukee which was a bit out the way but that location had some HOT and FRESH chicken I tell ya. The sides were also fresh as well. It was worth the drive to that location in so. Milwaukee.
worst experience with kfc. ignorant, rude employees, messed up my 2 Chicken sand.vand 2 fries order?????? just stupid or plain lazy. will never go there again, and will gladly share this with others...
