Second chance at this KFC location on 43rd and Greenfield. First time we pulled to speaker (not allowed inside) rude employees told us to place our order or to get out of line until we know what we wanted. Then yesterday my husband went back to place an order and pay with a credit card and was told they were only excepting cash and it had to be the exact amount. No change would be given. Would love to speak with both owner and corporate.
I made a huge mistake. Huge mistake for going out of my way for their chicken sandwich. Do everybody a favor and take your sandwich off the market. There is way too many competitors to be served garbage. I would eat 1000 McChickens before I buy another one of your sandwiches again.. Completely deformed only covered one third of the bun and full of gristle. Plus I literally got 10 french fries with my combo. So yeah I went hungry. Dave's Hot Chicken is 25 miles for me round trip I should have drove there waited in line 20 minutes to eat.
The last time which was 2 weeks ago the male person working the drive through was rude & lied about their meals which was a BIG TURN OFF TO ME especially when I frequently go there for the meal that I always have ordered. So the stars go from 4 to 1. No one wants to deal with bad attitude for customer service, lies & food which I passed on?
345pm March 26. I was looking for a place to buy food for the family. Wondered why KFC was empty. Went to the drive thru and tried to order. The woman handling the drive thru needs to be fired. She was having a full on conversation with her friends and kept repeating what you want when I had already ordered. Other cars after me also left without an order. So sad? Would leave 0 stars if I could.
The people working in the drive thru are rude and greet you by yelling all we except is exact change or debit! They said to me mam do you want to order or not? I’ve never been treated like by any business!
Horrible place staff is so rude n ignorant food is dried n old n nasty as ever these people need to be shut down this chicken looks like it's from yesterday yuck coleslaw was dried out completely now I wonder why the KFC was shut down on 108th street west Allis Wisconsin now this one on 43rd Miller Park way Milwaukee Wisconsin 53214 disgusting? nasty as ever never again people are crazy ratched
Went through the drive through at 11:30am on 2/27/22 and was asked what I wanted and I asked for one moment please. The woman then told me I should get out of the drive through and come back when I know my order and then she stated “I’m not trying to be rude but yeah”. Mind you NO ONE ELSE WAS BEHIND ME.
The food here honestly is not the best the prices are not competitive. However customer service, fast and friendly service is number one for me. So i give them 4 stars. Im just a fan of crispy crunchy but light texture chicken like the other restaurant which i will not name.
I reduced my time being a customer at this KFC due to its frequent having no or not enough items I wanted to order. Recently, however, I returned (02/01/2022) at about noon and ordered two four-piece wing meals. The receptionist said they had only four wings. I told her I'd move on. She lied. How can a restaurant be out of a product at 12 noon, approximately an hour or so after opening, when the menu item is a main product? That was not the first time I encountered this issue at KFC. I drove to Popeyes about two blocks away where they always have what you order in the quantity you request. KFC at this site has a problem with the number of its menu items and the friendliness of its staff. I have no plans of returning to this KFC. Don't waste your money and time.
