Just ordered around $70 worth of food from one of your restaurants at 1570 W Mitchell St, Milwaukee, WI 53204. Everything was great with the flavor and the delivery through door dash, but the store forgot to put the 8 biscuits in the bag and Every time I keep calling the store, they cuss at me or laugh at me and then hangup on me. This isn't the first time that this location has messed up my order and at this point I'm definitely done with this location! Hopefully not completely done with kfc food yet but I'm definitely close to it! Is this how kfc treats their customers nowadays or....?
I'm Giving 3 stars because I ordered pick up and when I got there the lobby was closed and it was cold and I had to use the drive thru which the app said it was ready to pick up but they were still preparing the food.
The lobby was closed and so I couldn't enter the store at all, and while mcdonalds and Wendy's won't let you walk through the drive through, this KFC had no problem letting me walk through. The cashier was super nice and the food came super quick. A+ guys.
Breading on chicken was grey and old.. chicken tasted old and reheated , sorry
I usually order KFC online from the location on Mitchell because it has slightly better rating than the other KFCs around here. Usually it is decent but this time they messed up my order big time... I ordered 12 piece dark meat bucket because they don't have the dark meat in the 16 piece bucket and I order additional 8 piece dark meat bucket without sides which is enough for the family. Also ordered two 5 piece tenders meals. My phone number on the order and they didn't bother to call me and let me know they are out of tenders... They waited for me to get there and told they will give an 8 piece bucket with side instead of the tender meals... I thought it was fine but when I got home I found out they gave me the 12 piece bucket mixed meat and had 4 pieces of wings out of the 12.... Very disappointed. I don't believe I will be ordering from that location again especially that I drive from franklin 25 minutes to this location and there is one a little closer.... SAD...
Just stop by to order some food as it says is open untill 10 pm... They getting a single star because is not open even that the workers are inside not taking orders. Bad, really bad service.
They are usually pretty quick food is usually always hot, some workers at the window can be rude but not all of them.
Bad call ,ordered extra cripy didn't get that .. for 25$ you think they do chicken right
KFC has good food, the service need s Seasoning training and experience. Lots of personnel turnover. Tie goes to the Drive Thru customers.
