Tried to support the KFC on MLK Drive in Milwaukee … Only to be told that they were out of chicken and all other food. At least they wished me a good night, they just didn’t want to serve me. Maybe it was age discrimination? ? @kfc #kfc

The two women who service me at this location where extremely rude and unprofessional. The order taker was brash and My order was rang up incorrectly They didn't read back my order nor did they tell me my total. The young woman thought I was the only customer makes me wait doesn't greet me in anyway after a minute asked of I have the chicken sandwich and bowl to verify my order *cool. 100 napkins crammed in my bag I get my food drenched in Nashville hot basically ruined ny dinner and no meal was rang so no drink. The girl continued to slam window in my face everytime shes finish3d answering me. they wouldn't let me do an add on and three people stand right in window looking at me I didn't even feel safe to ask anything elce...
Attempted an order through Door Dash. Apparently an item was sold out. Did the restaurant bother to note that or cancel the order from there end? Nope. After rescheduling me several times I had to contact help. Maybe, *maybe* they're better in person but honestly? If you make a person wait nearly an hour when all you had to do is cancel the damn order when it came in but you just did nothin, I wouldn't count on decent service.
Closed before scheduled time, multiple times. (Talking hour and a half early).Employees have a rushing attitude, as if they have somewhere else to be. Just go somewhere else for your chicken.
I have tried 3 times to go. 6:45 employee outside smoking told me they were closed. Went another time, later in the evening told that they were only accepting exact change. Went today (11a) and waited for 12 minutes without being greeted.
Was not a pleasant visit...long wait time then they forgot 2 of my items...& after spending over 50 bucks got home had to return to the restaurant to retrieve my items there was even a wait for those! Smh
So bad for many years I choose this restaurant today you desapointme all my food was a mess I made a order of 16 pieces meal 3 orders of mash potatoe and 1 cowslaw and 8 biscuts ,but i don't recive my cowslaw my biscuts uncook and some pieces of chicken overcook
Only took exact cash and is so overpriced. Rude employees too.
Dry chicken. There were no drinks available. Didn't put napkins.
