Service has improved since my last visit. Quick and order was correct.
I would give it zero stars except the employees were very nice. Drive thru only, but not posted and 30 minutes for an order pick up
KFC raised their prices and cheat you by giving you less. The sides container 1/2 the side? We ordered 8 pieces got 3 legs, 3 thighs, and 2 iitty bitty wings. NO MORE KFC you've lost our business!!!!!!
I had food at home but did not feel like cookin just finished working and I was really hungry with me hunger is different it has to be some place where I'll get quantity quality food and it has to taste good no matter how hungry I am I'll sit think and cruise around and make a decision and KFC is the place to be the chicken was hot and good and the service was what can I say excellent this is KFC on Lovers Lane and silver spring right off the highway bring the whole family ?
Love fried chicken and especially the mashed potatoes and gravy! But they got to make sure there's enough gravy to mashed potatoes! They always seem to want to short me.
Very unprofessional, rude, ordered 2 sandwiches and 3 famous bowls. They confirmed my order and when I pulled up to the window they told me they only had one of each.
Literally repeated my order FOUR times. Got home to a dinner with crispy chicken instead of originall and a spicy chicken sandwich that was NOT supposed to be spicy. How can you get all that wrong after I repeated the order FOUR times?!!!!! It's not difficult. Possibly intentional in my opinion. Either way, workers just don't care! And they wonder why someone would repeat the order repeatedly and have you repeat it back. Ugh...
I rarely do this but it was that bad. Lady who took our order kept yelling welcome to KFC what can I get you before we were even. Close to the speaker. Had an attitude while taking the order. My husband was trying to place the 12 tender meal order. He ordered that said 2 sides of fries before he could list our 3rd side she said "yeah what else comes with 3". Pill up pay 42$ for our food. No dipping sauces, no silverware (I ordered the famous bowl) and no napkins. Seriously if you heading south on 41 pass this one up. There's another not to much further down
