This KFC is horrible. We placed our first order on the app a few months ago, and the Door dash driver wasn't able to get out food because the people that work there were obviously too lazy to do so and the doors were locked even though they weren't closed yet. We won't be going to or ordering from this one ever again because of the lazy workers and awful service. It deserves to go out of business.
At this point I am tired of spending money at these fast food chain's. Black own business's are stepping it up in Milwaukee I am done. No moreGive the business just to have hair in famous bowl the 6pc chicken barely any sauce pay for extras just to not eat. It's sad.
They worker for the drive up was patient and she was very nice. My order was right and I would recommend this kfc if asked
I went to the drive thru at 7242 N Teutonia Milwaukee WI 53209. A worker by the name of Jasmine slammed the window on me after taking my credit card, because I kindly asked her if barbeque sauce was on my wings. After Jasmine charged my Credit Card and attempted to give me the food and I kindly ask Jasmine to give me my money back because I do not want there food. Jasmine slammed the window again. I then ask another very nice worker for the manager and He refused to come to the window. Don't Ever go here because if they were this nasty with me they are certainly that way with others.
Every visit there is a discrepancy. If the are out of a product there is a machine down. Yesterday 12/07/2021 they overcharged taxes for a $20 fill-up. $5.81. And said that the receipt machine was down. These people are robbing customers
Better now under new management, but still fast food chicken. KFC in China is much better
We ordered a No. 1 with Cole slaw and a white soda. When we got home, there was no Cole slaw and the soda was flat. We visited at approx. 6:20 pm on Dec 1, 2021
Visited this on December 7, 2021. Customer Service is horrible. I placed an order through the drive-thru. All food was not in bag. I didn’t get a receipt. Knocked on door, employee sitting in dining room didn’t recognize me. The manager finally came said she didn’t charge me for the famous bowls. Another female came to my car and said I wasn’t charged. Again, couldn’t tell me was I charged for. Went thru the drive-thru to ask about my order.I Again asked what she charged me for she couldn’t or would tell me because the credit card machine was down. I asked if this was a corporate store or Franchise store and corporate phone number. The manager said “you need to look it up on line, I don’t it or who I work for.”I called KFC corporate customer service and filed a complaint about this restaurant.I have a case number and a promise for a call back and email. I suggested this manager be fired. I don’t believe training her would help or just demote her to a crew member. Her crew needs to be retrained.This worst customer service ever received.Please don’t visit this restaurant until there franchise owner corrects his problems.
My change was $4.26 and the ghetto, rude chic at window gave me ALL my change in coins! When I asked about it she used much profanity to tell me it was what it was!
Consistently out of chicken or something else. How are you a fried chicken chain that doesn't serve chicken? Came through the drive thru when it wasn't busy, only one other car in the drive and I was faced with immediate attitude from the employees while trying to order. New management needed or just close the location down. Just terrible.
