Sooooo I haven't eaten from this place since 2019(it closed by me) & I'm currently expecting...listen that 14 pc jumbo shrimp SLAPPED!! It wasn't to salty, cold or too hard. It was delicious to me. Thanks guys
The food was good had to wait awhile to get my food even though the order was put in earlier and I was told to pick up at a certain time. It still was not ready by the pickup time.
Chicken was cooked nicely just didn't heat up well.
Food is delicious but the service is less than desirable.
Good as always. I am a little sad that they are now charging for extra lemon pepper. I can understand if you are taking all the sauces too but if you are not taking them, the little extra lemon pepper shouldn't cost extra.
I love the fish from here however, the area is not as safe as I expect. If there was anything aside from fries and coleslaw to complete the meal I would order more often.

First was told online order not found.was told to call number on screen. It was there number! Went there with receipt, magically they found it. Trip number 2, told no cod. Well, ok got cat fish. To go back and then they shorted me 1 order of the cat fish. Trip number 3, got my final order. Witnessed staff telling customers to take business next door to another place. This is the silver spring location. Wouldn't suggest at all this location, as unless you have 2 hours or arguing for your order just to be messed up. Staff don't care. Paying 76dollars for food and get 0 service. Food is good is why I ordered. But not worth the stress. Clearly the staff should all be redirected as they must think customer service isn't necessary part to stay open. No option given to remedy my frustration.
