Cheese steaks are so moist and flavor. They have the best cheese steak and their cold subs are good
Today I bought 3 giant subs for my business partners and I. Our experience was very unsatisfactory. I asked the lady making my sub to please go light on the juices and she added extra juice instead. I just said it’s cool I’ll pat it dry. Then at checkout I paid 56 bucks for 3 subs and 3 bags of chips, I handed the cashier three $20 bills and he gave me my change back on the desk while my hand was held out, I turned to my business partner and just said I’m going to ignore that and I still left a 4 tip plus change; however, Before leaving the store the cashier said wait I didn’t ring up your cheese on one of the subs for $1.60 I said ok we’ll take it out the $5 tip I left. My business partners will all be filing complaints about our experience too. I would not recommend anyone going to this location. Cross across the road try Jimmy Johns they treat their customers much better.
Nice size sandwiches, lots of toppings. Just not alot of flavor, it just needs something to give it a little more flavor in the meat and vegetables
Well….3 subs 3 bags of chips $60…asked for LIGHT oil…I think they threw the entire bun in a bottle of oil…there was more mayo than tuna on the 2nd sandwich…everyone there acted comatose…then they forgot to charge me $1.60 for cheese..they tell me this AFTER I put an ADDITIONAL $5 in the tip jar…I’m done with location as this isn’t the first time but it surely will the last ..go elsewhere guys..MODERATOR-please don’t respond as I’m not down for the cover story of “I’m sorry” ..blah blah blah…focus instead on improving service and you won’t need to respond
Great subs, I used to order 2-3 times a week. I just had knee surgery and the last 3 days I've tried to order tor delivery (ubereats) they aren't allowing ordering. I understood it the first time it happened-- lunch time on a Saturday. I'm guessing they are quite busy, so no biggie. The next two times were 3pm on a Thursday and today 10:15am on a Monday. I guess I'll have to figure out a different sandwich shop :(
The Turkey box lunch was amazing!!! The cookie was super soft and delicious!
The subs are absolutely delicious but after finding a long hair in my sub on two separate occasions (about 5 months apart) I was too grossed out to continue eating from this location.
Decided to try this location out today, there was a mix up and delay with my order but the young woman behind counter was sweet and hooked me up with a coupon for a free sub. With friendly service like that I'll be there again
I enjoy Jersey Mike's for their quaint sitting area, heated subs, and large parking lots. They always have clean establishments and tap drinks cold and in fresh quality.
This used to be my go to sub spot as I go to MSOE, so it’s close and convenient. However, they hired a new older guy and he touches his face with gloves that he handles food with. He forgets everything you said 2 seconds after you just told him. He is a complete and utter hinderance to the other awesome employees that work there. Sadly, This Jersey Mike’s used to be a 5-star place for me, and that one guy has turned it into a 3-star experience.
