The place was very clean, staff were very nice and patient. The food....the food was great! Fresh and packed with flavor.
I ordered the chicken bacon torta and there was no bacon. ???????? I paid for what I wanted and didn’t get it.
Amazing, the woman at cashier who helped me was so sweet to me and the fresas con crema were so delicious! Definitely worth getting the horchata as well
I had ordered the "Pachuqueña" but it was missing cheese, chorizo, avocado and beans. Only had single sad piece of meat, barely eligible to be called a sandwich.When I called to explain the error, I was told that they couldn't do much and that they would try harder next time. I understand that error happen but this is not a single item missing, most of my torta is nonexistent. A absolute waist of money.
The food is great but there seems to be a miss communication between the kitchen and whom ever takes the Oder. For the past 2-3 weeks I have order tacos de canasta with bean chorizo and potatoes mixed. They told me is extra which is fine with me since is understandable but when I call to place an order and not done in they tell me it cannot be done which makes no sense since I have placed this order many times without any issues
Terrible service to wait more than 15 minutes for two chilangas tortas the look the milanesas the got it pre-cook and they give me my food burn!!!

Today Sunday-03-2021I place my order over the phone the person who was taken my order was very rude , and she told me my order will be ready in 30 minutes , usually for that same order takes 15min was and appetizer... well we stop at the restaurant 30 min leter and the server told my husband , we still need 5 more minutes., I was waiting in the car with my baby ., we try to pick up the order 10min later , and she told him again ... we don't even stared the order sorry!! Of course we have no time to wait other 30 minutes .We just loose 40 min of our time for nothing.Very bad customer service...very bad experience, very bad service ? ?
Nice service. Sandwiches are very big. Good value for the money. The wings are sneaky good too. I will be back.
