I go to this location all the time because my family and I love the bowls! However, we drove 20 minutes on a Tuesday and arrived at 7:30 pm to order 3 bowls. The employees told us they already cleaned up and were not going to make the bowls even though they were open until 8:00 pm. The manager, Jenna, quickly dismissed us and told us there was nothing she could do. Really disappointed in the service. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and would never tell a customer no just because I had cleaned up 30 minutes early!!!
If you've never gone here, you're missing out.This one in particular has a good group of people. The service & quality is always great, & about a handful of people that are consistent at setting a positive atmosphere by a friendly greeting as soon as we walk in the door. Always a pleasure to see them.

Chloe and Sean are amazing! I made a mistake on my online order and they were really good about fixing it for me and were really nice about it. They are really friendly, accommodating, and made me definitely want to come back. Great customer service and excellent drinks!

Hopping place with great smoothies. Healthy ingredients with lots of fun choices on the menu. The staff is really nice and service was quick.
I wish I could have tried it. Unfortunately the establishment does not take cash. My tips are good anywhere. It does not also specify this on their website.
Jennie was sooo helpful me and my sister didn’t even have to ask she gave us details on different options so we leave satisfied. We came in undecided and she made sure we left happyyyy
Super disappointed in this location. Walked in there and my sister who is a NURSE was not wearing a mask and asked if she needed one. The guys said yes and that we couldn’t be in the store because they only allowed 3 people at a time. We walked out, did not say anything or give anyone attitude. 2 customers in there proceeded to talk about us, while the employee is egging them on talking about us with them. This is completely disrespectful after we just asked a question and proceeded to follow their rules. It would’ve been one thing for the customers to talk about us but the employees had to chime in to? Clearly they don’t care about losing business.
