I placed an order and said i'll pay through fb. I screen shot the fb account and sent it to them to confirm. They confirmed the account so I made my payment and sent them a photo of my payment. Hours later they messaged me saying i paid the wrong person. They still demanded I pay them after they confirmed the account. Because of their negligence to check the fb account before they confirmed, I am the one out of pocket. They prove to not be a good place to do business with.
I was so excited to satisfy my Hmong food cravings and even drive out 25min just for this specific place, but I was disappointed by the service and food.I ordered through the phone and the lady who took our order kept talking over us saying that we were "ordering wrong" ??Their lo mein was bland and the papaya salad was too sweet and soggy. The only thing that tasted okay (that we ordered) was the fried chicken.
Called in for my order with an estimated time of 30 minutes. Got there on time, and still had to wait over 20 minutes to get my order. I'll need to call at least 1 hour in advance next time. If there is a next time
Their food is good, however there have been multiple times in which online it said they were open, and they never posted that they were closed, so I would try calling or ordering and nothing. There isn’t even a voicemail or anything saying that they’re closed and of course I would try to call multiple times, assuming they were just on the phone with another customer since it says they’re open everywhere else, just to message them and find that they’re closed. There was a time where they were on one of those food delivery apps, and when I ordered, I had to wait forever and my driver had to go all the way down there just to find out they were closed, even though it said they were open. It’s really disorganized and makes me not want to order from them anymore. I’ll go elsewhere when I’m craving Hmong food.
Love it. Awesome food and service.
Horrible service. first one and last time ordering from them.. I waited an hour outside for my food.
Will not be returning. Place is going downhill. Promotes specials but does not have the labor to support orders. (This seems to be a consistent trend based on reviews here as well) Bad communication and unnecessary wait times. Better options in the area to get your Hmong Deli/Fix.
I feel the original owners were much better than whoever owns Jackie's now. I ordered the other day and they did not give good instructions on how to pickup. I arrived to pickup and their door was locked. Two ladies inside saw me but no one opened door or check on me. I tried calling the phone for 5 mins and line was busy. I knocked on door a couple times after trying to get attention but they were busy chatting away. After 10 mins. I gave up and left. I'm very disappointed. I ordered 2 pho, thought that was simple enough. Total wait time was 30-35 mins, unacceptable.

This place had been on my mind for a while since I saw their posts on Facebook so when I was in town, I had to definitely make the trip out. It sits in a small and short strip alongside a laundromat and parking is a little limited. We went on a Saturday dinner trip and found some parking.Once we entered, it was kind of awkward. No one said hi and we just stood around wondering if we sat ourselves or if we had to wait on someone. After a couple of minutes, a nice older woman came and got us seated and got our drink orders. We went to the buffet and I was ecstatic! I got some fried rice, fried noodle and their curry noodle soup. They have a limited variety of food but I was more for quality then quantity. They also had Hmong sausage, pork belly and other Hmong food items. There are also other items such as pho and steam rolls that you have to order off the buffet and it is included in the buffet price, so don't miss out on that!Fried rice: It has become hard and stale from sitting out too long and it was an overwhelming taste of soy sauce. I didn't like it.Fried noodles: My word, it was delicious. Definitely one of my favorite food items from the buffet.Curry Noodle Soup: It was good, I liked it.Tri-color dessert: It was a little watered down but I enjoyed it.Pho: It came in a small bowl, I was grateful for that, the broth wasn't bland but didn't have too much spices either, it was okay.I liked this place, don't know if it's enough to bring me back in or not but I wouldn't mind coming back. For 4 people, it was $60, definitely a good price. I liked my time here.
