How long does it take to get the correct order?Not only did the waitress forget to put in one of our orders till after we got our food, she served us the wrong shots twice and told us that’s what we ordered. This bar has TONS of Jameson, how do you confuse that with Jäger twice? The food didn’t even make up for the lack of service. Avoid this place. I wouldn’t even go here if I had time to waste.
The food was mediocre but the service was awful. We spent about an hour trying to get Jameson shots sent to our table. She brought us the pickle backs we requested but brought jager bombs instead of Jameson. When we tried to kindly clear it up, instead of saying she misheard, she tried to tell me what I said. Then she comes back with more shots of Jager.So I’m thinking this girl must be frazzled or confused, fine, so I take the shots to the bar to cut out the middle man. When I explain to the older man with a beard what happened, he rolled his eyes at me and yelled that he’ll tell my server to bring the correct shots.We waited at least another 30 minutes. All for THREE JAMESON SHOTS. Never received an apology and were treated like we did something wrong.Absolutely never even considering stepping foot in this mess of a restaurant again. A total joke.
the perfect place in Brady if you are looking to watch some sports. Plenty of pace to set or eat at the bar and if that’s not your vibe you can also take a booth or a table. The staff here is very friendly and super nice. They also have an upstairs which is always a fun time.
Stopped in for some grub before a show, this place rules. Was mostly full on a Saturday night but we were able to grab a table. I can’t remember our server’s name but she had tons of personality and was happy to give recommendations for food!I love spicy food and had the Ghostface Killah burger, which was incredible. If you’re not a spice wuss this is the one for you! Everyone else in our group agreed this place has phenomenal bar food. Fair prices too. Give it a shot!
Super impressed! I had the Ghostface Killah burger, and it was so spicy-which was exactly what I was looking for. The meat was cooked just perfectly, and the fries on the side are delicious potato wedges. My husband got the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, and it was really good as well. Awesome potato salad too. I definitely recommend this place. Will definitely dine in sometime.
We thought it was a cool place to go to. Touchtunes is the music of the bar. We were having a good night until the manager and bouncer ruined it. We were playing the touch tunes which had everyone at the bar singing and dancing along. The bar tenders were great. It was 1:45 and the manager asked us to hurry up and finish our drinks because they were having a staff party after 2. Shortly after, the bouncer came up and told us finish our drinks. We were rushed to finish our drinks and after expressing it to the manager his response was I'll buy you shots and then you leave. I spent over $100 at this bar and still treated this way like I wasn't a paying customer. I will not go back.
Have been to Jack’s many of times over the course of my drinking career. Never once had I experienced what I did on 11/7. My friend was verbally harassed by a female bartender for wearing a Rodgers jersey. She never came back to fill our waters or ask if we need anything else. On top of that she would not close my tab. I had to close my tab with another bartender who was respectable and seems like a kind individual. Regardless I will not return.
the older lady bartender in the lions shirt verbally abused me for wearing an aaron rodgers jersey. was shocked how rude she was - you would think a reputable bar like jacks would have bartender with an ounce of customer service.
Really cool spot with great food. That Beast Burger was amazing!
Great food and atmosphere. Some of the best burgers I've had thus far. Had the Jack's burger and mac n' cheese burger. Yum! Recommended!
