Lord have mercy on that bathroom, filthy. ? The food was okay but the service was brutally substandard. Both attendants behaved as if they were completely bothered by all patrons (one walked out), communicated poorly & weren't helpful at all. Shrimp was beyond salty, there's no way that was actually catfish & the slaw containers were nearly empty. Maybe it's the location but I'm surprised this was a recommendation of a local.
Food is good. Terrible customer service, the man snatched the receipt out of my hand and proceeded to throw my food in the bag. He did the same thing to my co worker. They will no longer receive my money. It also took them 10 minutes to even come to the window to take our orders.
They be in there doing their thang. Never received old dry food. It's always fresh. Had to say that because it's happened at some other location. Never too salty or greasy. Gon get you some.
Prices have went up. Food is too salty. Customer service could be much better.
I enjoy eating catfish tails,I called and they had some, they were very good,fast service..
The food was good I didn't like how he didn't want to give me a cup when I said something about he wanted me to leave I just spent 25 dollars on food I can't wait until the one open up on 27th and Wisconsin Ave open back up food so fresh delicious and hot
One of the only places to serve orders of chicken gizzard and chicken livers. Deep fried, unhealthy, but absolutely delishious!
Very poor service chicken was old as hell . Ordered 20 pc jj gone wild deal with legs and thighs about 5pm and they mustve just gave me the chicken from the morning time. Every last piece would just shatter when bitten into. Then no answer when I called to complain about it??????
