My husband and I decided to try this place out after our boat tour. Upon arrival, the person working was a little busy and didn't make notice for welcoming customers. I noticed the restrooms across the entrance. I wanted to wash my hands prior to ordering. As soon as I started walking towards the restrooms, the worker yelled out that the bathrooms were only for employees only, in a rude manner. I didn't see any sign with that information. It was an unfortunate and bad customer service impression. We decided to go to a different place for dessert. And we are glad we did! A much welcoming and friendly place with a bathroom for customers!
The staff member taking our order here was so rude to us. She was also loudly arguing in front of us and our children with her coworker in the the back. It turned a fun little family night out into an unfortunate and uncomfortable situation. Especially because along with all the rudeness we had to deal with they were also out of 4 different cookies we wanted. I wouldn't come back.
I placed an order right away in the morning to be delivered at 2pm. I was worried it may get lost in the shuffle but it came right on time exactly at 2pm!The cookies were fresh and delicious as always.
This place is a hot mess. It's like 50/50 whether you will get your cookies within 4 hours of placing the order and whether it'll be the actual cookies you ordered, and whether they will be hard as rocks/clearly yesterday's cookies or not. There are definitely major issues going on at this place with management. Unfortunately, despite all that, I cant seem to stop ordering from them because when they DO get it right these cookies are AMAZING!
I’m leaving 4 stars because our order was wrong but even though our order was wrong I want to applaud employee Breeaisha R. my fiancée and I were leaving a graduation across the street from this Insomnia location and the store was packed we watched this young woman respectfully take orders and make cookies while running back and forth by HERSELF with absolutely no help and she remained calm and respectful to each customer even with language barriers between herself and several of the customers. The young lady was visibly overwhelmed but handling everything with such grace that she deserves praise.Whoever is in management needs to be better because leaving one person in an ice cream store at the peak of summer is bad for business and overall lack of care for the employee. Not to mention there was 2 huge graduations back to back directly across the street that people were flooding in from. please do better by this young lady!
Cashier was super nice! Great customer service and great cookies!!! So moist, gooey and tasty! My boyfriend and I loved it! 3 big cookies for only 8$
Order should have arrived at 4pm. Called to check on where my order was and they said “It’s on the way”, however my order has not left the store yet. Order is now arriving over an hour later. This has happened the past few times I’ve ordered from here. Must be a serious issue with management at this location. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering here again.Edit: they gave me the wrong cookies
Paid $25.00 + for a 6 pack of cookies and ice cream and only got 2 cookies. absolutely unacceptable and i’d like to get my money back. i get missing a cookie or two but 4 cookies??? you are legit scamming people. ridiculous and a waste of money… also waited about 20+ minutes in line. disappointed is an i understatement. please don’t go here unless you want terrible service and to be short - handed.
Enjoy the cookies, but the customer service is terrible. Cashier was argumentative, rude and unhelpful. I will not be back to this location. Hoping my refund posts tomorrow morning as promised.
Great selection of cookies and great ice cream cookie treat, a bit pricey but tasty.
