I was excited to try insomnia cookies for my bachelorette party, we ordered at 10:30pm and we never received our order. We called at 11:45pm and 12:20am explaining how we didn’t receive our order even though the cookie tracker said it was delivered. we even made a note to call when delivered and we received no call. The first woman from then store number was nice and said to give it another 10-15 mins and when it still didn’t arrive we called back and the second woman was not helpful and said we needed to call Uber or postmates which made no sense since we ordered directly through insomnia cookies. We called the customer service number and they refunded us eventually, luckily. This was super disappointing
Had an awful experience at this location. Never received my order. Was on the phone with them for 2 hours and the lady was rude, disrespectful, and never completed the order. She directed us to Uber (even though we placed the order through the Insomnia website) and when we called Uber, they had no idea about the order. After 2 hours of a non-helpful conversation and a rude worker, we had to contact insomnia customer service and finally were given a refund that will come in 3 days. They told us they were no longer able to fufill the order after we waited 2 hours for our cookies.
Ordered over $50 worth of cookies and ice cream and never received the order. We gave instructions to call when it was delivered and never received a call, email, text, or anything. After two hours of waiting and checking the door, we called customer service. She said to wait 15 minutes and call again. Called again and this time the actual bakery answered and the rude “shift leader” told us to “call postmates because uber is who delivers it”. I said those are two separate things, we ordered directly from the website not through postmates or uber. She said “well I can’t do anything about it you have to call uber”. I asked repeatedly if I’m supposed to call uber or postmates and her only response was “postmates is our uber” which makes absolutely no sense. Called the regular customer service line again and she said the bakery is unable to fulfill our order and we will not receive a refund for 3-5 days. We are literally half a mile away from the store, there is no excuse on why they couldn’t fulfill the order other than ignorance and laziness.
I think it’s probably the result of difficulty getting staff. They said they had none of their own drivers, so they outsourced to GrubHub. Which is disappointing. Cookies arrived almost 2 hours later, and not nice and warm like they usually are. I don’t mind the exorbitant prices, but when you get lovely warm cookies it’s worth it. But cold greasy cookies not as much so. I’ll give them another chance since so many places are experiencing staff shortages. But I hope they can get back to their previous good standards.Also a note of disappointment from last year. They had a lovely promotion for nurses week with a free cookie. I was sent an email, tried to go to the store, it was is closed during normal business hours. They eventually answered the phone, and said they were doing deliveries only, and they’re not participating the promotion. They should perhaps advertise that better before sending out the emails. I tried to share the same information with corporate and some me a cookies, but either there was no one to contact, or they didn’t get back to me. I don’t remember which.
Waited 30 minutes, found out at second in line they were out of half the cookies we wanted to get. Grabbed a six pack of cookies and a pint of milk.Cookies are the size of Subway's, milk was 20 days past the sell by date, and waiting in line for half an hour was in no way worth it.Two stars because the cookies were good, but just grab the $5 box from pick n' save. No way were six worth fifteen bucks.
Best cookies ever! I got the vegan 6 pack of birthday, chocolate chunk and double chocolate (2 of each). It was 12.95 for the 6 pack, making it a treat yo self kind of splurge, but honestly it is totally worth it!! They are warm, gooey and delicious!!! Service was friendly and fast and the cookies were amazing so I will definitely be coming back!
Decent cookies. The size of the cookies have to be the selling point, because the taste of 5/6 of my order were blah. I did like the lemon poppy seed cookie. I gave it 2 stars because the people who were worked their were nice and helpful.

Great cookies, but delivered at the incorrect time. I made an order for delivery from 4-6 pm and they arrived just after 3; naturally we had to pull strings to get someone to pick them up since there was no drop off available in our building. We verified that the receipt DID say 4-6pm; they were sent out early regardless. People choose specific times for a reason; it was really stressful for us and the delivery driver to make the drop off work…
