I’m really bummed, Ian’s. I’ve loved you for a really long time. Ever since you first opened on North Ave. But only offering delivery through UberEats? And then taking an hour and 45 minutes for pizza? We used to get our pizza in 30-45 minutes and were always happy to tip generously on that. And pay a premium for your pizzas because you treated employees well. I’m cool with all of that. But when I’m trying to get pizza for the family before my child needs to start bedtime and it’s frustrating. I hope you can right this ship. It’s a great pizza. But the delivery really needs improvement.

I posted a negative review and it got removed… Burnt and that is all I tasted… took 20 minutes to reheat and burn it. Very disappointing.

Pizza was great. Waited for about 20 minutes to get my food though. I had ordered it and got there about 20 minutes after the order was placed. It took about 10 minutes for someone to greet me and then they just put my pizza from the shelf (already prepped) into the oven and then I had to wait almost another 10 minutes for it to be warmed. It was just inefficient.

Delicious Delicious Delicious!!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. We will be back!

First impression: Not bad pizza, just very little topping.Ordered buffalo cauliflower pizza; it was cooked well and had good flavor. Unfortunately there were only about 10 specks of cauliflower on the 14" pie, which was very disappointing, considering cauliflower was supposed to be the main topping. Although I would not make a trip there again just to get pizza, I may give them another shot if I'm in the area and will update my review accordingly.

I love there pizza. Especially their creative, specialty pizza pies. There are pizza combinations you won't find anywhere else. And imo it's well worth the money. Plus they have a very chill, artsy vibe here.

I love the pizza. I don't like the employees. I had one guy who completely ignored me and served everyone in line behind me. I know he saw me because he looked right at me, eye-rolled, and then continued to serve those behind me in line. I was mortified. I felt so worthless. It was a horrible experience. I had to walk to the back of the line to be served. And then he was very rude and told me they didn't have anymore pepperoni pizza left. The guy in the back with the pizza's told me that they DID have pep. pizza and that it would be out shortly. It wasn't even close to closing time. The guy in the front also wasn't wearing any gloves for the pizza handling and it just felt so unsanitary with covid and all. He also handled the cash register so I was very grossed out. He then first rang me up for one slice of pepperoni, when I had ordered two, almost as if he didn't see me eating two slices. It was horrible. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I probably won't go to order pizza here again.

Ian's never disappoints!!!! At 2 am or 2 in the afternoon. They're smokey the bandit is incredible. The drunken ravioli is my favorite!! They had a new alive today - kalamata mozzarella. It was great!!!Go to Ian's!!

Order a Sprecher root beer on draft to go with your pizza

Overpriced with poor phone service. ~$50 for two 12” gluten free speciality pizzas. NO WAY, absolute joke, salty and cardboard-y. Just moved from 10yrs in NYC, and this price for the size and quality is laughable. My annoyance and one star is bc the price was misquoted when I called to order or I would have not ordered to begin with. I was told $37 when I phoned in my delivery and arrived to hear $10 more, which was very much not worth it. If you’re gonna order, get the price for sure first and don’t waste your time. Plenty of other pizza places without the absurd mark up.
