I’m really bummed, Ian’s. I’ve loved you for a really long time. Ever since you first opened on North Ave. But only offering delivery through UberEats? And then taking an hour and 45 minutes for pizza? We used to get our pizza in 30-45 minutes and were always happy to tip generously on that. And pay a premium for your pizzas because you treated employees well. I’m cool with all of that. But when I’m trying to get pizza for the family before my child needs to start bedtime and it’s frustrating. I hope you can right this ship. It’s a great pizza. But the delivery really needs improvement.
I posted a negative review and it got removed… Burnt and that is all I tasted… took 20 minutes to reheat and burn it. Very disappointing.
I had a terrible take out experience at this Ian's downtown location. I ordered online for 3 small pizzas for pick up an hour after ordering. I arrived right at scheduled pick up time to wait in line to let them now I arrived. I proceeded to wait another 40 minutes for my pizzas. They did seem to be very busy with only one flavor of pizza to buy through walk in pick up. I assumed they were behind and still needed to make mine. After 30 minutes of waiting I tell another staff member I'm there to pick up, and he pulls it out for the warm storage and says it'll be another 5 minutes for them to warm it up before serving to me.Totally unacceptable customer service. I will never order again. Pizza was tasty, but it's not worth that wait nor do I want to support a company that treats customers badly.
I live two hours away and I always stock up and get a few pizzas before I go home. This time there was a hair in my vegan Alfredo penne pizza. I honestly still ate the rest of the pizza, and will still continue buying pizza from Ian’s. Incredible pizza, but 4 stars because of the hair.
Every time I am in Wisconsin I have to stop at Ian's Pizza! Love it, love the variety, and love the opportunity to try new toppings on pizza. Just had the BBQ chicken and the Pompadour both delicious!Check out the arcade upstairs, games from my childhood that I thought were gone!
Ian's is awesome, favorite pizza place before I became vegan. My kids received burnt slices , but staff replaced it right away. Unfortunately, my husband and I received our vegan slices 20+min later and the slices were burnt ,we were too hungry to wait another 20m for fresh slices so dealt with the char. Without the char taste, this vegan pizza would taste phenomenal. We will still come back because the vegan options are amazing. Staff was awesome. Pizza options looked amazing.
I love Ian's pizza! Anytime im downtown Milwaukee i gotta stop by. The crust has me stuck!! I also love the fact that each slice of pizza is always freshly baked!! Yummy!!!
First time trying this place. Employees are great! They make the place. Pizza was not bad. Prices are nice. Dining area seems cluttered- broom leaning on table and beautiful window blocked off by games, video games are a fun touch but several are non working. Drinks are in cans or bottles- 1$-3$ -not very cold. Bathroom perfume machine is sickening. Will give it another try another time.
I went down to Ian’s pizza a couple weeks ago on a Friday Night of course one of their busiest days!But I waited maybe 25 min because I wanted the barbecue chicken one they had to make more so I was of course okay with waiting . The manager was so awesome kept checking to see what I ordered and what was going on with my order I ended up walking away paying nothing which I did not expect at all but that made my night ! Very good customer service !!
Enjoyed the Mac n Cheese and Smokey and the Bandit Pizza. Cool vibe and Great Food after a Bucks Game.
