Was there last night and while I love the new location and interior I hate the hard wooden chairs with no pads that they furnished it with. Makes me think they want you out of there as quick as possible. The food was OK. I had the Pho and thought it was a little bland. The special crepe dish was interesting, visually appealing yet again I would say it tasted a little bland. So not a great experience.
The food was great! The place was beauitful! Service, however, was not that great. The server kept walking past us and ignoring me when I tried to call them. The food... VERY filling and pretty darn good, if you ask me. I got the chicken fried rice, vegetable pho, and my husband got the beef pho. Everything was pretty good and smelled great. Would go again... but only after I forget about the price. Haha
Loved the atmosphere, the energy and the food was fantastic! The presentation of the food on the plate was gorgeous. Almost to cute to eat. Then that first bite and it's savory all the way.Would go back in a heartbeat! Food, servers, place all were magnificent!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Not only do they scam you, they're rude! All I can say is wow! I got home with my takeout order and realized that the pho wasn't filled all the way. I called and told the individual who answered the phone that I didn't get the full amount of broth I ordered. I had measured it and let her know.She said they don't fill it all the way because the lids would explode. So I said "Ok, but I still only got 23 oz when I paid for 32." She then burst out laughing and put me on hold without explanation. She laughed AT me. Comes back and says "I comped you $2 and some cents", we're like alright... And she continued with her attitude like we were bothering her, I can't even describe her attitude it was so unbecoming and rude! We said thank you and she's like "uh...okay?" Not to mention my actual pho wasn't even filled the entire way either.I emailed management, sure I won't get a response. I have the phone call recorded so I know what I heard.We tipped 20% on a take out order! I want that tip back and I am NEVER coming here again!
The blandest inauthentic Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. Adding an extra star because the servers were nice, and it’s not their fault the food sucks. If you’re white you’ll probably like this place, but my fellow Asian people steer clear. Find a different place in MKE instead. This ain’t it.
My boss brought me here for soup, this was my first time having pho and it was amazing!!! Better yet is their fish fry served with amazing ginger rice!!! ? Beyond delicious! Staff is super friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back again!

Fish Fry- perfection! Light crispy batter, flakey fresh fish! The rice was a nice alternative to traditional potato pancakes.The side sauce was amazing with a touch of basil! Another wonderful alternative to traditional tartar sauce. Great service and atmosphere. Highly recommend Hue's fish fry version.!
Really good vietnamese food. I have Celiac and need to eat a clean gluten free meal. We ordered the lemongrass beef skewers which were really good, tender. We also both ordered the beef pho and it was delicious. There was a large plate of Thai basil, bean sprouts, jalapeno, and lime to add.The bowl was huge, definitely enough for leftovers. Service was fast and we enjoyed our meal.
Seven of us were here to celebrate birthdays. Three of us were born on February 15th, the day after Valentine's day. Beware the ides of February if you felt loved on Mother's Day, I guess.All the dishes were ample servings and everyone was pleased with their choices. I had the Vietnamese version of pork chop. This was several very thin slices of a pork chop layered over a very flavorful rice. The texture and flavor reminded me of jerky. This dish won't please everyone but I enjoyed it and would order it again.As usual for Hue's, the staff and service were top notch.
