Customer service is lacking. The first girl to take my order didn’t understand that I didn’t want rye bread. She proceeded to put in a hamburger. I called her on it. She then entered a cheeseburger. I called her on that, too. She then walked away without ever actually taking my order. The second lady took my order perfectly, but when I got it, I checked it before I left the store, and there was a small fry instead of a large fry. They fixed it. Another lady canceled the order she had called in because of the wait. It turned out that her order was sitting behind the counter the whole time she was waiting. Believe it or not, it was the best corned beef sandwich I’ve had in a long time.
Day or night you can not miss this place with their LED lights lighting this place up. It is a great appeal showing how clean the whole restaurant or pickup window they keep. It does take awhile for the order to be completed but the corned beef was delicious. We got the half pound for $20+ and had no problem finishing it between 2 people feeling full. This is only set up for take out. So, make sure you have a place to go when your order is ready.
Pro : Best Italian beef in the CityCon: after the 3rd time I ordered it they re-portioned it to half it's original size. I just started making my own at home ? Have not ordered in months.
Had the catfish dinner which tasted amazing. I also tried their lean corned beef sandwich and it too was good. They gave generous portions of corned beef on my sandwich. Definitely will go back again.
Very rude customer service experience. I walked in today and started my order. The lady taking my order said “i can’t hear him , he a thousand miles away “ and continued to complain about me to other co workers when I’m right in front of her. Rather than just tell me herself “I’m sorry I can’t hear you , can you please speak louder” . But to point at me and then say rude things about me to other co workers . I know she’s not a reflection of everyone there but I’m disappointed.
Long wait time and food was wrong. It was very high in price and wasn’t good at all. Might as well go to Chicago’s subs it’s better worth the price.
It was amazing..it is halal..that's the best thing..and cost is so affordable compare to other halal stores in Milwaukee. Staff is very helpful..this was my 4th visit in 6months..! Grilled chicken with onion and pepper with rice that combo is too awesome.. and we also took cheese fries and Pizza with unlimited toppings..amazing ?
I just ordered a gym shoe sandwich. Gyro meat was clearly very old. It was hard and dark brown. I was very disappointed. Valentines day I ordered corned beef sandwiches and again meat was very dry and clearly not fresh at all. Am I wrong to expect fresh meat on a hot sandwich. I've had better food from them so I know they can do better..
I ordered 2 corn beef sandwiches wit brown mustard and Swiss and a 8 piece chicken the wings was amazing but the sandwiches were disappointing. :( not happy at all with the sandwiches.
Always enjoy our Catfish Dinners, just wish they had more sides other than frys, like spaghetti, bake beans, vegetables etc.
