My family and I were in town visiting and wanted to get some food before getting back on the highway so we stopped at Hooks and it was the worst decision. Of course our orders were wrong but more importantly the fish, specifically the tilapia, was spoiled and we have been throwing up since trying to eat it yesterday 7/24/22. I called the restaurant to let them know they are selling bad fish and the manager did not care enough to come to the phone, let alone pull them so other customers don’t eat it. Beware eat here at your own risk!
ALL THE FOOD WAS OLD. Bread was hard on burger. Man in back laughed he knew the food was old. Check your food before pulling off. LITERALLY TRY IT.
They're also so nice the food more than ample. The wait is so long but... least food makes up for it maybe hire more people.
My dad and I was looking for fish dinners to eat. After stopping at 3 different places for some fish ready to give up. We was driving and passed this place up a little bit.I thin backed up and we went in my dad ordered 2piece fish dinner I changed my mind and got 6piece wing dinner and taffy grapes. My dad couldn't wait to get home to eat, so he started eating his fish. He said baby girl this is some good fish taste some. I did and it was hot and fresh I wished I didn't change my mind ? ?? but I did enjoy my wings ???. I believe we went before noon it was all fresh. I will highly recommend going. I'm going back
Everytime I call and ask to speak to the supervisor there's some stud looking chick or man talking about the supervisor isn't in. You can't even get a cup of ice water. The environment is terrible they have always these people cooking with no masks just nastyFood: 3/5
The food is usually good but this time it seemed as if the chicken was dried out and cold when I picked it up
It tastes like the shrimp and the buffalo wings are pre cooked or pre battered
Rude Females working there dealing and handling ppl food at nite with that Attitude they had the nerve to hang up on me when I called and had a question like my money ain’t green like everybody else’s all these establishments Audis restaurants do not need to be ran by I’m sorry to say but some females they act as if they own a place or a belong at him or like DataBoss when they are just employees serving the community but she serves community with that type of attitude but it’s fine because they won’t get my money no more. Are we going to sharks or jjs some Oreos what are you gonna tell you have a nice day
I went there about a week ago and had the barbecue chicken boneless it was pretty good real nice effect the coleslaw is good too
They was amazing but now, the loaded potatoes comes with less food, hardly any meat on it, the trey is smaller to give u less portions but they give u a mountain of cheese sauce all for the same price as before. If u can trick em u can beat em right? That might work for new customers but as an old customer, they lost my business
