Some of the meats were good but the sides were disgusting ?
This was my first time. I was so excited to try this restaurant. I ordered a ribtip meal with 2 sides. House baked beans & macaroni & cheese. The meat was very tender & flavorful. The sauce however had too much liquid smoke. The House Baked Beans were kidney beans that were not cooked long enough & tasted like the were seasoned with brown sugar and pepper. I would've been happier with a can of Bushes baked beans. Then the macaroni & cheese I could've made better out of a box. I paid $18 for this meal. I would definitely buy their meat ? again but I would do the sides myself. I mean no disrespect by my review and I am always willing to support new businesses I just want to inspired to come back & bring my friends.
We were finally able to make it down to Heaven’s Table BBQ and it was great! Fast, friendly service and the food was great. I was in and out in around 15 minutes and they also have seating for a couple of groups. Their setup is really cool and you can see the fresh meet while deciding what to select and watch them cut and prepare your dish right in front of you. I went with the Sherman bowl with rice and it was great! I can’t wait to go back and try their other options. Enjoy local!
The meat is delicious you can taste the smoke throughout, I tried the ribs and brisket The cornbread is sweet and very moist it tastes like cake. I had the baked beans, coleslaw, greens and mac&cheese. The sides were okay. The meat is the real star at this restaurant. Everything is clean and they get you in and out pretty quickly. This was my first time but it won't be my last.
I ordered brisket with baked beans, mac n cheese and jalapeno cheddar cornbread. Overall it was really good. The brisket had more fat then I would've liked, but it was well seasoned and tender. The bbq sauce was was delicious. My favorite thing I ordered was the cornbread. It was amazing and they gave a nice size piece for $2. The mac n cheese wasn't my favorite, but it was went well with the bbq. The baked beans, while very tasty, weren't what I expected. They were more like kidney beans with some sauce on it. I wish the sides were alot bigger, but they definitely give you decent size portion of meat for the price. I would definitely return and get the same thing or try try other things on the menu. Also, the staff were nice and even gave my friend and I a free bottle water. Small place, but good atmosphere.
We picked up 3 meats and 3 sides last night and it was all fabulous! The tips had a little spice and tasty great. Our kids really enjoyed the chicken and pulled pork. Definitely get the baked beans-spicy with a touch of sweet. Friendly and welcoming staff and great food.
Went in for the first time today and will be back!! My wife got the pork sandwich and I ordered the two meat platter with the brisket and pork. We also got a pound of chicken and everything was delicious. The chicken was amazing and the pork and brisket was as well! The meats all had great flavor and were moist! We finished it off with some banana pudding and that was fantastic! Highly recommend!!
For quality and taste, I would give this 5 stars! We got rib tips, chicken, pork, with sides of greens and potato salad for only $25! To some people, the portions would be small, but to us, it was perfect! Highly recommend!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! everything was tasted so good...it was tender and well seasoned.
they food quantity is horrible for the price they charge 21.00 for 2 meat dinner and give u not even a half container of meat not worth the money
