I absolutely love the chicken here but if you order over the phone they are sooooooooo rude it’s unbelievable and if they mess the order up and promise a credit they forget and act like they don’t know what your talking about. I really wish the service was better because I would definitely go there more often but sometimes I can’t get past the rude customer service!!!!
I am having some tonight I love it.i have a friend in white lake WI 200 miles away and he drives down to Milwaukee just to get some .heloves it to yum yum .

Bought a 20 piece wing and fries and chicken was Horrible.Soft greasy and no taste. Fries was over cooked.Man who took my order had a nasty a** sounding attitude.He definitely was white tho.If you work in fast food and u have attitudes with customers then that mean this is not the job 4 u.Next time I’ll just buy my own stuff from the grocery store and cook it myself.
Placed an order for strips, fries and a suggested item of mozzarella sticks. Was told an hour wait for the order, an hour later my meal came hot and ready. Hope the tip to the driver made his day. The meal made my day.
Bad customer service wait an hour and 15 minutes for delivery the food was called the fries were soggy and it was the wrong order and they charge me for what they charge you for ??
Overcooked fries and when I called to tell them about my order being wrong ? The man that claim to be the one in charge gave me a fake name he couldn’t spell and told me I was lying about my fries being overcooked because he was the ones that cooked them. He was very rude and I had to speak with someone else. He was nice and apologized for the mixup. I would not eat here again.
They had delicious crispy Golden Chicken like the name says. it was very scrumptious and they should be seen because they are good and good is great in these pandemic times.
I will NEVER spend my money here again. Placed an order, picked it up and they called harassing me twice with an order that was not mine. The owner told me he took my order when I clearly spoke with a woman. Now apparently I am on the banned list as if I care. Poor customer service and manners. Go to Gold Rush!
